We stayed in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment on the 11th floor. Very well appointed. At present it is very noisy at night as the lightrail lines between Broadbeach & Coolangatta are being built & most of the work is done at night. The line is being built on the highway which is right next to the apartments. We were not advised of this when booking.

The Ambience is in a fabulous location and walking distance to eating, shops and beach. We love staying here. We have stayed in 2 different apartments in the past 12 months and the furniture mainly the couch and bed are in very bad shape. One apartment was also short on proper utensils..such as a sharp knife. If your stay is only a couple of nights it would be fine but if you're staying a couple of weeks it is annoying and I found I had to purchase kitchens items myself for our stay. As this accommodation is 5 star I do expect more. Lots of left over fingerprints on kitchen cupboards, windows and mirrored wardrobes. We will stay again as we love it here but it's disappointing that the apartments aren't keep up to date.

We stayed ten nights there. The apartment was great. Close to everything. I mean everything. Hardly used the car. Apartment clean and has everything you need. Nice balcony with a view too. Amenities like the pool were very well kept. Dave at reception was excellent and very helpful. Parking was easy. Couldn’t fault it except might be time to update the bed.

Great location and probably one of the nicer apartment blocks in Burleigh because it is new. We did have an issue with drilling in the apartment above us, and as soon as we complained we were moved to a much bigger and nicer apartment

This apartment is amazing. Immaculate. So clean and well attended. Generous bathroom products. Excellent linen. Well appointed - a little light on in terms of kitchen utensils but we were honestly fine. Brand new washer/dryer. We have just re-booked. Super helpful and pleasant management. I’ve read some of the bad reviews here and I can say I have no idea what happened - we’ve had a magical stay. It is literally the best location in Burleigh.

We booked a room with a water view. To find, on arrival, the room had no water view but it had a great view of the busiest highway going. Which kept my wife up all night. The rep for the establishment said they had not been sent the right information as what our room should be. But she washed her hands of it and said we chase *********** and booking.com's subcontractor. We felt she did not care. So, at significant cost, we checked out and went 100 metres down the road to an establishment with the room we wanted.

We were careless with our booking and assumed all rooms were ocean view - room 621 (and any room on rear/side of building) was the WORST room we have ever stayed in - highway view and noise were relentless - we checked out the first morning and spent $600 staying for the other 2 nights at a lovely ocean view apartment up the beach - worth it to get out of ambience

There are very few choices of new and modern apartments in Burleigh, but this is by far the best choice! The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and the shops. Rooms are huge, clean and have good quality furnishings. Cannot fault them. Ocean view is beautiful, although I assume it is better from the tower closer to the beach. Didn't try the pool as it was a bit cold, but it looked beautiful from our balcony.
