Everything was great but except one thing. I know that room cleaning service would be applied only when I called. Although, I informed about receptionist, there was no any cleaning in my room.

The room is very good, the space is quite large, the sea view is from the window, the view is very good. There are quite a lot of breakfast options, which is okay, and parking is free, which is very convenient. However, Ctrip's check-in time description is unclear and confusing.

very disappointed, I booked this hotel for 7 people due to a business trip. according to the website it had a SPA, including a sauna and bathtub. Arriving at the hotel I was told that it was under construction. the rooms were not air-conditioned and room service has to be requested, I asked for a room refresh and only the towels were taken away leaving me with just a single clean towel and the sheets were not changed the water content in the shower is terrible and the bathroom is all wet after a shower. the shower is terrible, sometimes I thought the water was running out because the outlet was so weak. I will not stay at this hotel or chain again.
