Very convenient location. In the city center and walking distance to the railway station. Rooms are clean and not small.

Shame on a hot evening the swimming pool not open later
The air con was really poor and noisy, windows were open on arrival letting in the hot air, air con should have been on instead but given it was so poor no wonder! no offer of a fan
no parking avaiable i.m disabled and the car park discounted was a 15 min walk for me

It's fine. But the air conditioner doesn't seem working. The velocity of the drain of both bathtub and sink is very slow.

This is a good hotel but SmartTV did not have other APPs such as Netflix, YouTube etc for watching. Bath room/ toilet doors have no lock.

Cleanliness isn’t great, hair in bed, dirt on walls, shower and bath leaking
Room very hot and no air con
Was fine for the night but wouldn’t choose to stay again

The location of the hotel is very good and is convenient for eating and shopping. The services provided are also good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

This room was amazing for the price. I asked a quiet area of the hotel and was put on the 12th floor at the end of a corridor and couldn’t hear a thing. Staff were efficient and quick to respond. Room was super spacious - modern bathroom with bath (from which you can view the tv!) and separate shower. Comfortable sofa. Lots of space. Handy mirror angles. Only downside was I don’t think the room had been cleaned in a couple of weeks / hasn’t had guests because it was VERY dusty. And the milk curdled in my tea and left it ‘chunky’ which was fairly rank. Aside from that would recommend and would go back.
