It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

Amazing staff for the amazing hotel.

The place and location are nice. The rooms and bathroom are large and spacious. His coffee was delicious. There is an ironing board and iron. The only problem is that there are no channels on the TV. Most channels were broken. We would prefer it again.

The hotel is old and the bathtub doesn't drain.

The check-in in the lobby is very polite, and you are a handsome boy with your luggage. Toothbrush and toothpaste are leaking, and toiletries are not brand names😬 Overall score ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
