Second time to stay with them. Very good front desk and near to station with many local food surrounded.

Near to Ueno station and many eateries. Convenient place just beyond the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo areas if you want a quiet place to rest. Hotel is very clean with essential amenities provided. There is free ice cream and a coffee machine in the lobby.

In my experience, the hotel is not in good service the people are cool and it's mean for the customer, it made me feel uncomfortable in this period. Hope it can be better.

Decent location. Close to train station. But it’s not in the popular touristy spots so you’ll need to take subway for activities or shopping. I like the neighborhood it has genuine “Japan” feeling. It’s pretty loud though cuz it’s close to a lot of train lines.

Good location ,near Nishinippori station and not far from Ueno.Clean room . Good service. It has free coffee ,water and ice-cream.

The hotel staff is super friendly! The location is highly accessible however the room we stayed at is too close to the train station. We couldn’t fall asleep even with ear plugs on. If you’re a light sleeper, this hotel might not be suitable for you.

For the money i paid, it was not worthy at all. Super small bed for 2 persons, super thin curtains, and super loud ( train passing 2 or 3 mins a time till mid night). I paid the same price for staying l in Ikebukuro comspolitan hotel which much much much better in terms of facility, cleaniness, service, surrounding enviroment, hotel overall class, etc. Not recommend this hotwl at all, if not for stay a short night before heading to NAT( we did so, but having no sleep at all) 标准小型双人房 踩雷。 房写着15平方米，其实是个长过道。小型双人床真的超级小，不是两个孩子 不要妄想可以睡得下。 窗帘超级薄，整晚都亮着，超级吵，几分钟一列火车跑过，仿如500只大象赛跑，一直到午夜。以为住的近 机场，早班飞机，结果我们一夜都没睡好。 同样的价格（700多港币），我在落地东京时入住池袋大都会酒店三天，对比起来，大都会实在太好了，高级很多。

The front desk clerk can speak Chinese, which is a plus. The room upgrade without any extra cost and a small size is a big plus. Our family of four, adults and children, are very satisfied. The space is very large. It only takes 5 minutes to get out of the station. The nearby Fangjia BBQ and Ramen is also highly recommended

The location is excellent, just near Nishi-Nippori Station. There is an AEON store on the right side of the hotel and a food street on the left. It is very convenient to go anywhere along Yamate Green. The room was very large, which was a pleasant surprise. The only drawback was the sound of the railway (but it was acceptable). There was free coffee and ice cream in the lobby, as well as personal cleaning supplies. You can also temporarily store your luggage after CHECK OUT.
