Cleanliness and condition of the room was impeccable. Modern decor with automated curtains that opened up to a stunning view and a large balcony. Bath tub and shower was perfect. Large variety of high quality food for buffet breakfast. Service from the breakfast restaurant and at the hotel reception was 5 star. Location was exclusive and beach view was superb but quite far out from the city centre. Temperature controlled pool was such a luxury. Private beach area is very small, service at the poolside was hit and miss.

Good hotel with a great view of the palace. Room was spacious although it felt slightly dated. The balcony was nice as well. We were there during Easter so breakfast was quite crowded and took some time to wait for elevators. Other than that, our stay was nice.

The breakfast is not enough. We arrived late for a breakfast and any kind of food that ran out they didn't care to refill The beds are a little hard We waited over 40 minutes to get the room even though we arrived after 15:00

Great stay at the hotel, excellent room and view. Recommend the sea view. Good service and will definitely stay again. One thing to highlight, if you are arriving early in the morning (6am), remember to start your reservation the day before you arrive otherwise check in is from 3pm.

We booked 3 hotels in total for this trip to Abu Dhabi, namely WB on Yas Island, Ritz-Carlton next to the Grand Mosque and Grand Hyatt in the city center. Grand Hyatt has good value for money, and its main location is OK, close to *** and shopping. In addition, it faces the sea view (although the island below is still under construction), and you can see the city night view and *** (32nd floor) at night. The various breads in the breakfast are very delicious, and there are many choices for freshly made eggs, such as Benedict eggs, poached eggs, omelets, etc. The coffee is good and I even drank 2 cups of latte. It was not even afternoon when we checked in that day. We should have checked in after 12 o'clock. The room is not big overall, and it is quite satisfactory.

As the best Grand Hyatt Hotel in the world, there is a reason for such a price. We arrived at the hotel very late on the day of check-in. We had two rooms for four adults and one child. Because there were elderly people and children who wanted to be closer, the Indian-looking lady at the front desk said sorry that we couldn’t, and assigned us to the 19th and 29th floors. Someone came in and used the bathroom, so why were the sanitary napkins placed in the shower room? 2. If it is a cleaner, can they use it in the guest room at will, or change the sanitary napkins in the shower room? Until returning to China, the hotel did not give a reasonable response! The whole hotel has a strong business and fast style, with a large Indian tour group and a very messy breakfast. It is true that you can see the scenery of the eight-star hotel opposite, and you can also see the scenery of the Conrad next door. If you pay attention to quality and hygiene, I don't recommend this hotel! In addition, it was windy and rainy that night, and the windows were closed, so the air leakage and shaking were very serious! The only good thing about this hotel is the cup of coffee at breakfast!

We chose this hotel because of Liu Yifei's endorsement. It is an authentic five-star hotel with a grand lobby design and beautiful sea view rooms. It is adjacent to the Etihad Towers, where Super 7 was filmed, and opposite the Emirates Palace Hotel. It is less than one kilometer away from ***, and it takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Louvre and the Grand Mosque.

The environment is good, the room is spacious and clean, but the beach is a little small, the area is not big, the pier next to it seems to belong to the hotel next door, and the swimming pool on the PR floor is not open
