Great location, but the room facilities are a bit old. Everything else is good.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

We checked in at 2:45 PM, but were told the room wasn't clean. I waited two hours, and the wait was too long. I contacted the check-in staff, who told me they were selling out Oriental. I had no choice but to contact the manager, who gave me a room card, but it wasn't the room I'd booked. I had to wait another day. The next morning, during breakfast, we presented our room cards to the dining room. While we were eating, the staff repeatedly came over and asked me to pay for breakfast. I told them it was included in the room and they would address it after I finished breakfast. But they just stood there and kept nagging. Finally, I asked for the manager to come and talk to me. The manager came but didn't say anything. He brought the staff who checked me in the previous day, and finally clarified the situation. They said we weren't supposed to be eating there. I asked why they hadn't told us that when I checked in yesterday. I had booked an executive king room, the highest category in the hotel. The staff at this hotel are disrespectful and rude. The location is great, but the facilities are awful. The hallways and rooms are extremely smelly.

The hotel is conveniently located, the service is good, the room has a small balcony, and the price is a bit expensive.

Convenient travel, good facilities

The hotel is great, just across the street from Disney, a 10-minute walk. The lobby bar downstairs is very convenient for drinking coffee and beer. There are also high-end steakhouses and many affordable restaurant options nearby.
