Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

I advise everyone to be a great experience. You can eat dinner at the 7th floor café in the view. Thank you very much to friends at the reception. I didn't have the opportunity to use spa, but such a hotel would be great in spa

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

The staff were very interested, tea coffee etc. You can bring it whenever you want, and when you see a thermos in your hand while skiing, they fill it up. Many thanks to the staff. The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

I came to the funeral from Antalya. I made 3 adults 1 baby. When I came, they gave a room smoked inside, not even opened the room window. However, we said the other room was again. We had to stay in the standard room. I wanted to stay here because the funeral house was close. Of course, I asked about the price difference because my room was downgrade. The Executive Chamber and the Standard Chamber have said the difference is 150 TL (as well as the account they will stay) I wanted to talk to the lady Sumeyyemi Süreyya especially. He didn't tell and show him at the meeting. They didn't want to see you later. When I went to the funeral, my wife and mother wanted to make breakfast (Ucreti because it was over 12:00). 'A breakfast was answered because you know not 300 TL per person' This sentence should have been called extra charged because your breakfast hours were over in the service sector. This mouth has shamefully made our mother, who is a guest. He didn't want to eat because breakfast was too expensive. I was in the middle of the mouth you dropped. We want to warm the night food for our baby, but when the room is turned off the lamps, the heater doesn't work. So there is no electricity. We took our electricity from the back of the TV. At 3:00 a.m. Tell the reception I didn't even hear the need to tell because it would take a long time to bring them. I saw the room prices on the desk when I went out. So we saw the price difference not 150 TL. Although I reported my complaints, I was in the back office No one of the officials who swallowed his tea has taken the hand. However, from the types that came out when I was in the entrance I should have understood the quality of the hotel. The payer's payroll account. Great value for a creative mind!! Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^ Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.
