Good place! Recommended

Breakfast is good but all keep the same ... so after 2/3 days feel bored. Poolside is quiet but some flyings. generally acceptable but if learn from Maroit management then should improve a lot.

The food and drinks were very good, the room service is also very good, the hotel holder many exhibitions, the breakfast was more crowded. Drinks & Beverages which I like most was Guava, The swimming pool were closed at 7pm.

Booked an ergonomic twin room, which turned out to be a newly renovated room. Valet parking is free at the hotel entrance. There is a passage on the right hand side of the hotel entrance that leads directly to the City Star shopping mall next door. I came here for this. It is convenient for shopping, but many stores don't open until 10:30. The supermarket is open earlier and opens until 2 am! The breakfast selection is quite rich.

I decided to stay here because of the access to the airport. It is attached to a shopping mall, so it is convenient. The Lebanese food in the hotel is the best.

Looking at the entire Egypt itinerary, this hotel is pretty good and cost-effective. It is next to the citystar business district and a 10-minute drive from the airport. However, it may be far away from attractions and other attractions. It takes 45 minutes to get to the pyramids.

The hotel is not far from the airport. It is adjacent to the City Star shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. It is a bit far from the tourist attractions in Cairo. The room facilities are not as good as those of domestic five-star hotels, but they are also clean and tidy. The breakfast is good.

The worst hotel in the whole trip. First, they told me that the room type I booked was not available. The room name and picture were not from their hotel. They asked me to find Ctrip. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours and couldn't check in. Ctrip was still very active in negotiating with them. After the negotiation, the hotel agent lied to Ctrip and told me that we had upgraded to a suite. It was obviously a standard room, but it still faced the road and was very noisy. We asked them for earplugs and they said they didn't have any. However, there was a letter in the room that clearly stated that the hotel was under renovation and could provide free earplugs. There is not a single word of truth. (Later I found out that this is the case everywhere in Egypt, and it is all a lie). Ctrip still negotiated very seriously and responsibly, and dealt with it proactively in the follow-up process. But I think I found an unreliable agent. Next time Ctrip should choose an agent carefully.
