A perfect hotel in an excellent location. Staff are so kind, friendly and professional - they are not chasing you for tips all the time. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - you MUST get the breakfast! The hotel beds were very comfortable and the Modern Art museum is a stone's throw away. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cairo. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking.

Nice room and nice staff. The surrounding is good but a bit noisy at night. There are also some nice restaurants near the hotel. In general, the hotel is a good choice for visitors to stay.

Hotel in the center, close to shops and bars, however, on the main route, which is why it is loud 24h. There are no ears stops in the reception and the balcony doors do not close, which makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel is clean, heart service. Breakfast average for 4*, in addition no coffee (only sacks with nescafe) and plastic cups, which I've never met before. For 1-2 nights ok, for a long stay I do not recommend rooms on the street side.

The hotel seems to be relatively new and is all in all very well maintained. The facilities are fine and you have everything you need. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The location in Zamelek is first class.
Single-glazed windows meant that as a light sleeper I could only sleep with earplugs.

GGuest UserI had a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything including floors, beds and bed linen, the bathroom, toilet and shower, was super clean. The shower has good water pressure. The bed was very firm.. Everything worked. The location is really good.
You don't feel like you're staying in a modern 5 star hotel, but for the money this is a very good hotel.
