The hotel is a great place to recuperate and layover before flying out from Cairo International Airport. It’s easy to get to from terminal 3 via the link bridge. The staff are friendly especially Aziz who was exceptionally and helpful. We did a day trip before our flight in the AMs. The only problem is ordering an uber and getting it to come to the hotel lobby. I don’t know why but several drivers cancelled because the location picks up the arrival terminal instead of the hotel. The hotel has shuttles though that go to the city. Breakfast was also good and the staff was amazing. Peaceful atmosphere away from the airport lounges and chaos at the airport.
Room facilities are old but the room is clean. The Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are different with other Hilton I stayed.
Breakfast is nice and they provide delicious local style food.
Hotel is very nice. We stayed there before our next fligth. Staff was kind and accommodating us very qeckly... room was small but was okay. We get 2 bottles of water and some welcome gift as a fruit and sweets. Was nice. We was use the shuttle buss it was come in time! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We are stay again in this hotel in end of our vocation. Thank you for all hospitality

Novotel Cairo Airport offered a convenient, if brief, respite. Proximity to the terminals is its strongest asset, ideal for layovers. The rooms were clean and functional, though somewhat dated. Service was efficient, though not overly warm. The breakfast buffet provided a decent selection. Noise insulation was adequate, minimizing airport disturbances. Overall, it's a practical choice for transit passengers prioritizing ease of access over luxury. A solid, reliable option for a short stay, fulfilling its purpose as an airport hotel.
Excellent mattress and pillows allowed me to sleep well. I stayed for one night between flights. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport. Great staff, great lounge. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Corresponds to the level of the hotel chain. The hotel needs to update the interiors of the rooms, otherwise everything is great.
A really great hotel. One of the best in Egypt. The bedding is very comfortable. It is also a very cost-effective hotel. The staff is very service-minded. It is also very convenient to eat around. It is close to the airport.
The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, but their walls need cleaning. This is the first time I live in a hotel that does not have a towel for the bathroom floor or slippers. They have free airport shuttle, and the bus leaves at the beginning of every hour for 24 hours.
Very good and clean place .. reasonable price ...very helpful staff . Too many security employees...Breakfast is very humble and not a Buffet that that you can choose from...
Second time staying here. One day when I was having breakfast, I forgot my chest bag with my passport and money in the breakfast room. I remembered it an hour later. I rushed to the front desk and found that the chest bag was well kept by the front desk manager. This service level is beyond words. Thank you very much!
This time, we also changed to a bigger room. The room is well decorated, clean and quiet, very satisfied. There is a small supermarket downstairs, where you can buy water and snacks at normal local prices. The Chinese restaurant next door is as delicious as always.
It's on the main road, and there are no restaurants around.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, 300 Egyptian pounds per person.
It's called a five-star hotel, but it feels like a four-star hotel at most. It's an economical and fast hotel, and the price is over 700 yuan, which doesn't seem worth it.
There are a lot of hot breakfasts, and the fried eggs are served outdoors, which is okay.

GGuest UserNo restaurant nearby except a fast food place within working distance.room service is on request and I have big amount of uncertainty shuttle is provided. On my way to leave I was very scared how a taxi driver behave. He keeps telling me that he's here by Whatsapp but I wasn't able to see him that far as the front usually completely with cars.
HHiJessiIt is close to the airport, and taxis are fast and cheap, but there is nothing near the hotel. There is a shopping mall, and most of the shops are closed down, with only a few shops left. There is a simple security check when entering the hotel. The room is large, but the hygiene is average for a five-star hotel. Moreover, the hotel prices in Egypt are obviously inconsistent with the local per capita income, and they specialize in making money from foreigners.
Llue aIt's not bad. It's very close to the airport. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the hotel. There are really a lot of beds. It's a suitable hotel for rest during transit. If you want to sleep comfortably for a long time, just change one.
