Close to the airport? Good breakfast? Nice terrace? Yes. But it can be easily destroyed by unkind staff at the reception or waiters who take away your plate whilst you're eating. The hotel needs renovation, and the room maintenance should be better (we received a room during check in that shouldn't be given due to lack of any cleaning products in bathroom (seems the room wasn't ready due to missing things). Unfortunately, due to rude receptionists (except one man with curly hair, he was fine), I can't go with a higher vote. And I am sure I won't recommend it to my friends or family.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

The food was good and hotel was affordable.

There was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday. It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

Our room was nice. Breakfast is good. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is near to the beach …Easy to go to center of Palma & airport via bus.

Good location and food, good activities in the hotel and close to the beach and the airport, but it was not properly cleaned in the room number, still was some dust on the furniture surfaces.

The resort is near the airport. The beach is only around 50 meters walk from the resort. The room is clean with a balcony, but they did not provide a kettle and free bottled water. Wifi is strong, breakfast spread is ok. Got a lot of pool chair for you to sun tan.

The breakfast was incredibly good and the room was big enough for tow people

Amazing hotel and great staff

The staff was very attentive and the facilities were luxurious! I would definitely come back again.

We arrived at the airport, and I was looking for a place to stay for the first night. The best option we could find was the staff. The location was close to the beach for a short walk and close to the airport. The room was fine, and the breakfast was great.

The staff was very friendly at all times. The hotel was very clean. The only downside was that the TV only had 2 channels and there was only TV on 2 of the 6 days we were there. The breakfast buffet was varied and made to order if you wanted certain things, so it was very good. The bar was open until 11:00 pm and I think it was a mistake not to have even some chips to snack on. The stay in general was quite pleasant.

There are many necessary items missing in the room, despite having 4 stars

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was trash in the trash can, and the towels were messy when entering the bathroom... The price is OK, the service attitude is OK, but the cleaning should be more detailed
