Conveniently located near Patong beach making it easy to go to-and-from beach as you wish. The hotel itself is evidently outdated and in need of a renovation. Everything looked very worn out. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a hotel and not a resort as they claim, and the hotel is not located directly on the sea. The rooms are good and it is a 20-minute walk from Arab Street.

I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning two-floor suite at the resort, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The room featured a spacious balcony with a private jacuzzi, where I could unwind while soaking in breathtaking views of the ocean and the impressive skyline of tall buildings and the mountains. creating a perfect backdrop for my getaway. The luxurious design and amenities made it feel like my own personal paradise. I can’t wait to come back!

And this time, it somehow felt even better. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted not just with professionalism, but with recognition. The receptionist remembered me from my previous visit and welcomed me with a smile that felt like a friend’s. That small gesture alone already made my journey worthwhile. This hotel is more than just a place to sleep. It’s a sanctuary. The rooms are impeccable — clean, elegant, and so thoughtfully designed. Every little detail, from the scent in the hallway to the comfort of the pillows, speaks of care and intention. I stayed in the same room type as before, and it was exactly as I remembered: calm, cozy, and perfect. The staff — every single one of them — are the heart of this place. Their kindness goes beyond the job. One evening, my wife wasn’t feeling well, and without us even asking, someone brought us warm tea and extra towels with a soft “Just in case this helps.” That moment alone touched us deeply. Breakfast in the morning was another reminder of why I returned. Fresh, flavorful, and served with heart. The staff even remembered my preferences from my last stay and offered them before I even asked. It’s the little things that stay with you. A handwritten welcome note. A “safe travels” at checkout. The quiet music in the background. The warmth in every interaction. And above all — the feeling of being truly cared for. This hotel has become more than just a stop on my journey. It’s a place I will continue to return to, because it gives me something few places can: peace, connection, and the rare feeling of being not just a guest, but a valued human being. We received a free upgrade, the place was clean and staff were welcoming and polite. Customer service was helpful. The hot tub we had in the room didn't have any warm water due to some wiring issue. The service team came within 10 mins and made sure to resolve issues for our comfortable stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were neat and tidy.

Our room is a one bedroom plus a living/dining room, small kitchenette, and two balconies.  Location is just a short walk away from Patong beach.  Since the hotel is not right on the busy street, it is quiet at night.   In terms of breakfast, you can find a lot of yummy foods, it also serves a good selection of tropical fruits.

Comfiest Bed, Great Value Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a surprise that the hotel staff prepared such a lovely set up for our anniversary. The location is good and easily accessed to the beach area. As we spent most of our time on outdoor activities, we didn't have time for their facilities. Will definitely return back again for our next visits. However, the hot and cold shower needs to be improved as it takes much longer time to be adjusted.

The hotel was located perfectly next to Chinatown and right across the road from Chinatown MRT station. The room was clean and all the facilities worked well. The bed was large and comfy. Would definitely stay again if I were in Singapore.
