Extremely nice hotel in perfect location for a short break. Rooftop terrace and pool has amazing views of Can Pastilla and the surrounding beaches. Very large room and good breakfast.

Great location. Fine restaurants close by. The hotel room was small but neat and nice. I only missed a kettle in the room. Breakfast was well taken care of

We arrived late - 24 hour reception. Lovely room on 5th floor and with twin beds so what we asked for. Balcony and we had a side sea view. Breakfast is amazing - everything you could wish for including cava! Mostly German and Scandinavian guests but the hotel staff speak English too. Rooftop pool with a lively bar. Its a small area so need to get there at 10 when it opens if you want a bed. Lovely views of the marina and main beach. Pay deposit for a pool towel. Ca'n Pastilla is a lovely little resort a short bus ride from the airport and 20 mins from Palma. A little airplane noise but they alternative the takeoff/landing so its not every day and stops in the evening.

After marrying my partner on the Monday, and having a wonderful week in Can Picafort, we drove to spend the rest of our holiday in Palma at Las Arenas. A few key points: The rooms are way too small. They charge for the use of the safe. The majority of staff lack willingness to assist. We were given no information upon arrival about anything (beach towels, use of safe, check-in/out times). No "free bottle of wine upon arrival", like stated on their website. Street parking only, had to park 3 streets away. The immediate surrounding area of the hotel is scruffy. Our breakfast experience on the weekend was a joke. Severely understaffed with no cups for coffee or cutlery available. Left feeling treated like just another number after they took our money. Zero personal touch from anyone. The only positive I can say about this hotel is the proximity to the airport/old town palma. Very disappointed all in all, especially as this hotel was more expensive than our THB Gran Playa stay in Can Picafort (half board). Please see picture for our "see view room".

This was our first time to stay here. The hotel is on the beach, we had a beautiful sea view room. Bed and pillows are so comfy! The hotel is very clean. The breakfast and dinner was delicious! Palma and the airport is just few minutes by car. Everyone was so friendly and on my birthday I have got a bottle of wine. Lovely surprise!!! I’ll definitely come back next year or so!

This was our 2nd time to stay here. Hotel is beautiful. Spotless clean. We had a beautiful sea view room which was lovely. The breakfast spread is fab something for everyone. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. Hotel is on the beach. Very short taxi ride from airport. Lovely restaurant all round. Will definitely visit again 👍😎

Excellent hotel by the beach. Close to lots of restaurants. Easy to connect to Palma. Very friendly and professional staff. Lots of options for breakfast. Lovely room facing the ocean. It looks renewed. It’s very clean and organised. Safe area.

Our first time to this resort and this hotel. Immaculately clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and the walk in shower was perfect. All staff from Reception, Entertainment, cleaning, bar staff and restaurant were very easy to get along with and helpful. At reception my wife and I were very impressed with Belen, who was so helpful with information re buses, markets and local restaurants and their booking. The pool was very cold but my wife did go in each day. many sunbeds and people did not command them. Pool bar was good for hot and cold drinks and for food. Entertainment each night was good (Ricky was exceptional). The Sky Bar on 7th floor was lovely to just relax before going out for the evening (reasonable prices and good service. Will definitely be back.

The hotel has a great location. Beautiful view from the terrace and rooms. Clean and the service is very friendly. A large selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner. They were able to take care of gluten-free people. I missed shampoo, conditioner or balm in the rooms. This should be standard.

Lovely Hotel in a nice area, rooms are basic small but very clean. Would have been nice to have a kettle. Breakfast was nice, same every day. Be very careful of Romanian Pick Pockets. Got my purse stolen from my Bag pack . Apparently they work in gangs around that area.

Hotel is perfectly suited in a nice quiet area with amazing views of the sea. We had paid extra to be at the front of thr hotel and facing the sea. On arrival we had to ask to be moved as the receptionist originally tried to put us in a room at the side of thr hotel. The room also wasn't what was advertised pictorially on the official website and on the email received at the time of booking, and a huge disappointment. The room looked quite bit, in reality it was a tiny room and something I would not have booked. Too small, to cramped and insufficient storage space. Also no kettle in the room. On a plus it was immaculate and clean. The food was also a major disappointment. I had Paella and fish 5 days in a row. Very limited choice, incredibly small portions, pre plated food for starters and deserts. Also very difficult to plate food because of the glass screens. We asked a chef about what type of cake he had and he said he didn't know!! The service was also slow, and often asked if we wanted a drink towards the end of our meal!! Some of the food was cold and the soup I had was devoid of flavour. Wouldn't go back and need to up their game for a 4 star hotel.
