El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado y aunque hemos venido en enero, coincidimos con las hogueras y tuvimos el espectáculo visible desde la ventana y fue una pasada. La comodidad y limpieza de apartamento está perfecta, lo único que le faltan algunas cositas básicas como para poder limpiar la vajilla o la ropa.

We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday to explore Alcudia Old Town and visit the Sunday Market during our holiday to Majorca. The apartments are 10 steps away from the Old Town so fantastic location. Spotless and everything needed. Very quiet considering location to Old Town. Only complaint is they need to supply a kettle for the kitchen. Alcudia Old Town is beautiful must see.

This is a very good place, great space and comfortable rooms and AC. Very clean, well located and center. No concierge to open access to apartments so… you must go to closed hotel to check in. No WiFi connection available, we never were able to connect even WiFi info available.

I booked this apartment for just 1 night as I was visiting Alcudia for the market and thought I’d spend the night. For the money I have 0 complaints. It’s nothing fancy but The room was spotless, staff was friendly who checked me in and the location is literally in the centre of the old town. I also left something in the room after I checked out and the cleaner left it behind the desk for me to collect on another day. Il 100% visit again for an over night stay next time I’m in Alcudia.

I have put 1 because you cannot put less. The first thing is that of the two air conditioners that there were, only one works. In the room you have to have a fan that makes a lot of noise. We have been without an elevator for three days. The staff is neither there nor expected. Bad smell (humidity) we bought some air fresheners because it cannot be tolerated in the room. Dirt in the corners. Stone pillows. It's not what appears in the photos. I do not recommend it. We will not return.

I have been from Monday to Friday with my friends. The worst trip of our life. Cockroaches, no hot water, no air conditioning, five days without cleaning the room or towels. It smelled horrible of humidity, the walls leaked water. They offered us two fans because the air was not working and the next morning they entered even after leaving the do not disturb sign and took it away from us. The worst apartment we have ever seen.
