They are really friendly and helpful, provided clear directions and assistance to me upon arrival as I couldn't find the car park. Everything is easily accessible and staff are really really nice and friendly. definitely coming back here one day!!

Very comfy and clean room. First time staying at this hotel. Location is a bit away from the city centre but it was no problem for us, only 10mnts drive. Will book again next time we visit Canberra. And will recommend to our family and friends.

Great hotel, only objective was other who used spa and sauna would stay to long waited over one hour and could not use these facility one evening as to crowded for me to go in, I think signs should go up saying if other are waiting you should time to a limit of 30 mins unless no one waiting. Other wise staff were great and friendly.

The location is very good. It is very convenient for traveling in the Gangahlin area. All supermarkets and fast food restaurants are nearby. The facilities are very new and the rooms are not big but have everything you need. Hygiene is not bad. Basically, the accommodation is self-service, which I personally like very much.

The hotel is very new, the environment is very good and comfortable, the hotel-style apartment facilities are very complete, there is a laundry and drying machine in the room, there are kitchen utensils, you can cook, the price is very good, very recommended. There are Turkish restaurants and some bakery nearby.

Great location near restaurants and the supermarket. A well priced apartment, clean, well maintained room with laundry and kitchen. Parking is reasonable and easy. There are some 3p parking spaces available near the hotel and free parking after 6 pm. Staff are friendly.
