It is too simple, just like a rough house, the house is too expensive, and the facilities inside are too basic. In my country, I can do it for 200 yuan. The most important thing is that there is no hot water!

Very average, no quilts, just like ordinary hotels with bed sheets, lake view rooms are not recommended! No appreciation value at all, not recommended.

My suggestion is that each room with kitchenet should have proper cutlery , paper towel, dishwashing soap, scrubber and utensils to use.

The outside of this hotel and pool area were kept very updated and clean. We had a room on the main floor, PB5, and it was very outdated and in need of repairs. The kitchen had four bowls, plates, cups and a few cooking pans as well as small stovetop and microwave. There were no kitchen towels and no way to wash your dishes. When we asked, they said we would have to go buy all those supplies. The nightstand was broken off the wall, mold around caulk in shower, the toilet leaked water on the floor daily, the air conditioner blew in sand (may need a new filter) so there was a fine layer of sand on every surface minutes after wiping it down. You got beach towels which could not be exchanged pool side but only when housekeeping cleaned your room so you had to leave them in there. The LOUD thumping pool side music started at 7am and never stopped until 8-9pm every day. It was so loud out by the pool and beach you could never use earbuds for your own phone/music or nap. It was like being in a super loud club all day. Several days they started power washing the pool deck outside our room at 7am too. Not relaxing. No workout room. The pool side employees were very nice and helpful. We did not eat there so no review of restaurant. I am not sure if all the rooms were like ours. It was a great location. Easy walk to grocery store and near restaurants and convenience marts. Location is a big plus but rooms need TLC. or at least ours did. And again the outside/pool areas were very nice.

Our room was absolutely amazing! Getting an ocean view was the best decision ever because all of that nice sea breeze blew through the big sliding doors and you didn’t need ac. I would definitely come back!

I really loved the view from the balcony. I did experience a rude waiter and we also had our room cleaned even though the do not disturb sign was left outside the door. The shower pressure was horrible like a little mist, but my dad fixed the problem. This area is beautiful but note that they rent day passes and our pool and chairs were full with day pass people and not with hotel guest. I also cut my toe walking in the sand right in front of the hotel so becarful.

We booked last minute due to our flight out being canceled. We figured if we were stuck for an extra day, it should be on the beach. The pool and beach experience were fantastic for our family of 4 (kids 10 & 12). Great bar service at the pool. There are two pools w/ different vibes to suit your tastes: one w/ the bar is blaring club music for a party vibe and the bigger w/ more of a chill vibe. The room was so-so. Nothing fancy which was fine. Nice big shower was a plus. We weren't there to hang out in the room anyway. Overall, it was a good experience and exactly what we were looking for.

This was a great place to stay. The only complaint would be that the bathroom in the room was outdated. The room itself looked renovated and was amazing with a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Our safe wasn’t initially working but maintenance did come fix it so no complaints there. We did not eat on the property so cannot comment there. Very walkable location but it is loud.

The hotel room was appalling. If you pull on the ceiling fan string, it’s going to fall down. I had knee surgery and asked for a room without stairs. They refused to move me. Told me if I wanted to refund I needed to contact *******. The front desk staff is rude and very uncooperative. On the second day we asked for water and we were told that the first two bottles are complementary and we will get no more. I asked for a blanket, and no one brought one up. That’s only a small portion of the problems with the hotel. The room!! No washcloth, no soap or lotion of any kind. Feels like a cheap motel. Do not stay here !!!!

I ordered a room with a view and i was told it wasn't when i got there. For our first time there it was disappointing for the overall experience. The shower and tub were both clogged upon arrival, but was taken care of when brought to their attention. No tv for 2 days they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Reveptionist girl didn't seem excited for us giving them buisness not very assertive or attentive. Only good thing it was very close to the nightlife so no busses needed just walk to everything.

Good value for the money. The property is a bit old and had a couple of minor glitches. The toilet water was not properly pressurized and the door was scrapping on the floor. Yet all else was clean and working well. The staff was very helpful and the location is excellent.
