And especially the Korean concierge, Jeha, just carries it hard,, I had some trouble with the taxi, but he helped me right away and made it so that I could take care of it when I got to Koreaㅠ ㅠ Even without asking, he packed a lunch for me because the airport food was bad and expensive, and he was just the best.. .💗 We'll go again when our 10th anniversary comes!"

"The room was quite spacious, and the food at oiishi was delicious. I made reservations twice, and after 9:30 PM, you can just walk in! The only downside is the reservation system itself – you have to set an alarm for 9 AM to book, and spots are gone within nine minutes. Another issue is that the hotel is a bit far from the beach, requiring a shuttle bus, which meant I only made it to the beach once in three days, haha. The hotel service was excellent overall, and the room service at night was really good! Remember to tip them around $5, and your room will be super clean! Lastly, bring some throat lozenges. It might be the hotel's water, but my throat felt uncomfortable every time I drank something, so I ended up spending a fortune on throat medicine, haha."

The Sens Cancun by Oasis - All Inclusive
"We just left The Sens Cancún. It is a resort suites for young families. We had two seventeen year olds and there was not enough to do for them. There are no tennis courts or basketball. Just beach volleyball. The oasis beside the Sens was the only spot for some daytime games. Not as much as we are use to at resorts. It is relatively small as well. The room we had was modern and clean. There are limited balcony's as well. The a la cart restaurants were good. You must use the app. Get help from an employee as it can be tricky. You book a request then await a response. But you need to watch your phone for the response. You can only book two or three days ahead. The morning buffet was great. The lunch beach restaurant on the Sens side was great. There is no disco at all. There is a bar at night at the front of the resort but no where to dance. The beach is at the entrance of a marina which we were ok with because we liked watching the boats. But does take away from tropical feel. They need more staff for the bars and buffets. At times there were long waits. Every single employee was really nice, all the time. Price was ok for the experience. But we prefer more exciting larger resorts. It's a preference for sure. Jerry was great."
Grand Park Royal Cancun - All Inclusive
"We transferred from the adjacent Sunscape resort and had specifically requested a direct ocean-facing room. To my disappointment, it was still somewhat angled towards the southwest, which made catching the sunrise rather difficult. However, the service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly polite. The front desk even called to check if there was anything that could be improved. I mentioned that the buffet didn't seem as extensive as the other resort, and she promptly helped me book a table at the East Asian restaurant. I enjoyed some Peking duck there; although the preparation was quite different from what I'm used to, it was still a welcome taste of Chinese cuisine. The price was comparable to a beachfront room at Sunscape, but this resort felt significantly more upscale overall. The property is larger, boasting more and more beautiful swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a wider selection of restaurants. Breakfast was offered at three different venues; while this meant each individual buffet wasn't overwhelmingly huge, the dining atmosphere was vastly superior – very quiet, with extremely fresh food, especially the salad greens and fruits. Most importantly, upon check-out, they provided us with a pass that allowed us to continue enjoying the resort's amenities – including food, drinks, and pools – until 4 PM. This was an enormous help, as we had a long time before our flight and were wondering how to fill those extra couple of hours. Drawback: The Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. Even after staff attempted to fix it twice, it remained unstable, so I eventually resorted to using my own mobile data."

"We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation."

And the beach is much cleaner and better maintained than those of neighboring hotels."
