Hotel NYX Cancun ★★★
"Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. The Piña Colada, in particular, was very tasty. It is an excellent hotel for the price. However, I wish the reception staff were a little friendlier. It seems they need to be able to quickly understand and respond to guests' needs."
Ibis Cancun Centro ★★★
"The price was very reasonable. Since our flight landed in the early morning and we had limited rest time, we booked a clean but basic room, which included two breakfasts, making it very suitable."
Royal Solaris Cancun-All Inclusive ★★★★
"The staffs are beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The food wasn’t the best but I survived the few days."
Aloft Cancun ★★★★
"This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option."
Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites ★★★★
"Overall staff was very good especially the spa cleaning and reception staff was fantastic I am giving a score overall 8/10 just if they provide a halah food restaurant it will be very good.I recommended it to friends and family visitors"
Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort ★★★★★
"Check in was 2 hours at the reception All dinner restaurant need reservation and reservation closed at 5pm checked in so late so we missed first night for dinner have to go buffet every meal till second night We can’t make reservations for the restaurant we want, because nothing available and only time available is 9.30pm and another night 10pm for dinner. We asked some new friends got the same answer won’t come back to this hotel anymore. We thought Hilton name should be something better than this."
Krystal Cancun ★★★★
"The hotel is well located, however, it's too noisy; you can hear the music from the bar next door from the rooms, which isn't ideal for sleeping. The rooms are very old and the shower is terrible. Breakfast is decent, only the coffee is awful (even though there's good coffee in the area). The neighborhood is very lively and the beach is incredible and nearby. The pools are nice, but the gym is too small."
Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa ★★★
"For 2 days there was no hot water, there was no windows that opened, there was a pane of glass that was filthy dirty, I was forced to pay 90 pesos on checkout because a hand towel had a blood stain on it, I travel for 2 months of the year worldwide and have never stayed anywhere as bad as this place, never again, beware amigos"
The Pyramid Cancun by Oasis - All Inclusive ★★★★★
"We booked All inclusive for one night, we checked in late and wanted to order room service, the food was free but you will need to pay 350 MXN as service fee every time, some restaurants need to be booked 24 hours ahead and some restaurant are too exclusive and only allowed for member guest. So not a real all inclusive deal... The pool and beach area were decent some restaurants had nice sea veiw..."

Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club
"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."
GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive
"First of all, it has everything for the price The room condition was also good It was available before check-in It was connected to the sea, so it was good to go see. The variety of restaurants was a bit disappointing"
NAIA MAR
"The stay was overall okay. There is a pool and direct access to the beach, which is convenient. However, the service is very poor. There is no proper room cleaning, and no one brings water or replaces towels. You basically have to handle everything yourself. On top of that, the staff doesn’t speak English, which makes things even more difficult. It’s fine for a short stay of a couple of days, but if you’re planning to stay longer, it can become quite uncomfortable. Also, the room is equipped with things like a coffee machine, toaster, and even a juicer. There’s even a stove, but no kettle — which honestly makes no sense. The whole setup feels very strange."
Emporio Cancun - Buy All Inclusive Option
"A nice hotel that caters to the "All Inclusive" crowd. If you're looking for a vacation with no surprises and never plan on venturing off the grounds then this is your place. If on the other hand you want get out and explore your surroundings, and try the local food there are probably better options as they treat you like second class citizens. Constantly pointing out that you are not on the meal plan. So getting things as simple as a morning coffee or a drink at the swim up bar is borderline frustrating. This hotel is located in an isolated part of the hotel zone so expect to catch a bus or taxi to the more lively places for food and activities. Great beach, nice pools and and clean upscale rooms"
Riu Palace Las Americas - All Inclusive - Adults Only
"As a resort hotel, the location is excellent and the service is first-class. The facilities are old. There is always a musty smell in the room when the air conditioner is on. It disappears when the balcony door is opened for air circulation. In short, it is still good and the CP value is relatively high."
SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences
"My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and professional – their every need was practically anticipated. The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired: The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also a real highlight – creative, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The location directly on the private beach is ideal, quiet yet central. If you're looking for relaxation, style, and excellent service, this is the place for you. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the SLS Hotel Cancun."
Hyatt Ziva Cancun
"Amazing time, food is great and a lot better than the Riu hotel. The stuff is super nice and we enjoy the time there very much. I will definitely book again if I ever go back to Cancun"
The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas & Spa, Cancun

Sina Suites Cancun - Solo Adultos
"Spacious, with a large balcony and sitting room. Locater at a very quiet place, that you can esacpe from the hustle."
Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina
"It was really nice. It was new so it was clean and there was a mall underneath which was awesome haha It was nice because it was in the middle of downtown and the hotel zone. There is a beach you can take a bus to from the hotel? Don't go there. It's a waste of time. Just take an Uber and go to the public beach."
Hotel Dos Playas Faranda Cancún
"Very family orientated and friendly resort with a lively atmosphere. Small and cozy resort with lots of nice animals about on the premises."
Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro
"Good sleep and good breakfast"
Mura Hotel Boutique
