"Not the first time. There are some nuances It is convenient if you are alone without luggage and you can get from the airport by bus to the bus station for 140 pesos and walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes. The hotel is certainly not new, but everything works. There is not enough blanket. I am always freezing under the air conditioner. And the pillows are also very bad. But the view is of the courtyard where the bar and pool are. And there is a balcony. There is a coffee machine. No refrigerator Good breakfasts. You can go out to the patio and eat leisurely. There are sun loungers by the pool. Also a plus Not far from the hotel there is a poke bar and a couple of other good places to eat. In general, it is inexpensive for one or two nights, considering the prices in Cancun, if you do not plan to constantly go somewhere."

"This was a very different experience for me but it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The capsules are comfortable and there are plenty of stores in the area if you need anything. It’s not a touristy are per se but it is a nice and clean area where you can walk around to 7/11 Walmart or a restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed me stay and would stay there again."

AAnonymous UserAlthough not located in the core hotel district, the hotel facilities and services are excellent. The shopping center offers good other conveniences and a number of good restaurants. However, without a beach or a good pool, it cannot be strictly called a resort.

GGuest UserLet me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩

GGuest UserOnly good thing about this Aloft is the location. They won't store your luggage if you arrive early because they will spent all their affords to get you to pay the $42 to check in early. They make you just sit there in their lobby for hours until check in time. The free bar drinks was super water down. More then likely won't stay here next time in Cancun

MMiguelUnfortunately this time the room was not clean, the bed had stains and hair, they moved me to another room and once again when I checked the bed it was dirty with sheets with hair on it, finally they changed me to a third room and if you can guess more hair on the sheets in the room bed, all supervised by hotel staff, in the end the manager on reception duty came himself with a room lady to change the sheets and bedding in the first room he had, if you stay here check your bed carefully because 3 Rooms with dirty sheets leave much to be desired.

The view from the rooftop is excellent, with the Caribbean Sea on the left and the lagoon on the right. Under the sun, you can see 5/6 different colors of blue and green, which is very beautiful. The hotel is not All Inclusive, so it is relatively quiet, which is an advantage for us. But the software (service) is lame! 1. I placed a Didi deli order and informed the front desk in advance. The front desk said that they would not put it in the refrigerator, but the bar and restaurant are 10 steps away from the front desk, which is completely unreasonable. 2. The plane arrived at 7 am and arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The front desk told me that I could not check in early and had to wait until 3 pm. It was too dogmatic. But why can the airline staff check in early? 3. I asked for towels twice and waited for 40 minutes; I asked for facial tissues three times, and finally I went to find the waiter myself. 4. The handle of the shower was broken and the repair was not timely. 5. There are yellow watermarks and spots on the pillowcase. I stayed for 5 days. The hardware is really good, but the service is too bad. I will choose another hotel next time.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the location is good. It is about 2.5 kilometers away from the long-distance bus station in the city center. There is a Walmart supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a tourist information desk on the first floor where you can sign up for group tours around. Check-in and check-out are very fast.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the cleaning was very good, the location was very good, the big shopping mall was upstairs, it was convenient to eat and play, but it was not noisy at all. There is also a swimming pool and gym on the top floor that are very clean and there are few people. The quilt is super comfortable. The network in the house is fast. The only bad thing is that the parking ticket we rented is problematic every time we leave the underground parking lot. This ticket is given by the hotel. But there is always a problem that we can't get out.
