"I found this apartment in good location near to a big mall and bus center which goes to deferent cities from Cancun and the cleaners were very friendly and the manager is also a very good person, the only problem in this season mosquitoes which bites us and not feel comfortable.
The AC was working well and small swinging pool water is changing regularly 👌 .

"The room was great, after the first problem with the room, the boy at the reception immediately resolved by giving us availability, courtesy and a real solution.

"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."

"Refer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future."

"Unfortunately this time the room was not clean, the bed had stains and hair, they moved me to another room and once again when I checked the bed it was dirty with sheets with hair on it, finally they changed me to a third room and if you can guess more hair on the sheets in the room bed, all supervised by hotel staff, in the end the manager on reception duty came himself with a room lady to change the sheets and bedding in the first room he had, if you stay here check your bed carefully because 3 Rooms with dirty sheets leave much to be desired."

MMIYUKIWe made a reservation after reading reviews saying the Italian restaurant was delicious, but it turned out that the Italian restaurant was not included in the all-inclusive plan.
However, the other food was also very good.
We called to request drinks to be restocked in the fridge, but they never arrived.
Although it was the low season, the pool was small and there were never any available seats.
At night, there was live band music in the lobby, and we had a great time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

JJen FanWe had a nice deal for eight nights for a meeting held in Cancun conference center, which is just 3 minute walk from the hotel. The location is very nice and it is also easy to walk to the beach. The facility is a bit old. The staffs are helpful.

The location is convenient, there is a supermarket and convenience store downstairs, and there is a one-day tour counter in the lobby. GGuest UserThe environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. The most worth living here is the high cost performance. The nearby hotels are several thousand. The key is whether you can accept the following shortcomings. The room facilities are very old. There is a locked wooden door connected to the next room, which is not soundproof at all. There are also balconies that are interconnected. The most annoying thing is the door lock of the room. Almost every time I go out and come back, the access card will fail, and then I have to swipe it again at the front desk. If you have just finished swimming, it takes a bit of courage to enter the air-conditioned room at the front desk in a wet swimsuit! I stayed for four or five days. Although there were cleaners to clean every day, they never changed the bath towels and sheets. Even if they were wet on the sink, they would be folded and put back on the towel rack without changing them! I saw the cleaning cart that the cleaners used every day. There were only detergents, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. on it. I only saw a small cart with a few change of cloths once. I guess they would only change them when it was really bad. The towels and bath towels were washed gray and frayed, and they were very old. I checked the sheets on the first day of check-in. There was no hair, but there was a black spot that was washed out. In addition, Ctrip booked a master suite for one day, but they did not change the small room with a balcony that was not soundproof. In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room. I caught a cold from the extremely cold air conditioner at the front desk. Finally, the elevator was broken on the day of check-out, so I had to carry my suitcase down six floors by myself...

YYANTake the airport bus and get off at the ADO bus station. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. It is very convenient. It is very safe in the lively area of the old city. There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a Chinese restaurant. The room is not too big, it is clean.

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial.
