Had all the fixings of a great hotel. However, corners were cut in ways to make for a better experience. The room was not as nice and clean as pictured. The shower did not have great pressure. Our toilet barely flushed. You’ll also benefit from using ear plugs.

Nice hotel, good location, not far from transportation station. The service attitude at the front desk is also good. Most of the questions can be answered by them.

The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time.

The hotel has a good looking entry / face but the room are pretty bad looking, it looks like they just build it and didn’t finish it, it’s just concrete and there is no deco !
My toilet couldn’t be flushed I had to put off the lid and do it by the inside.
My door was really really hard to open
Good for couple days but not for a week

Outstanding 4 star mexican hotel. The restaurant is good, the staff is excellent and accomodating. The rooms are nicely supplied and ordered. The house keeping great. The location is right on the main road to Cancun *****, but close to city amenities also. The parking garage is right underneath the hotel, very convenient but might be filled in the busy season. Would definitely book again.

Although it is far from the hotel zone, it has good access to downtown and the bus terminal. The room was also clean and spacious.
