The accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.

Es war so toll, dass ich um eine Nacht verlängert habe. Alles war top und die Besitzer sehr nett. Sie boten sogar einen Wäscheservice an. Trotz der Hauptstraße war es im Zimmer ruhig. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt und zwei Flaschen Wasser bereit gestellt 👌

AAnonymous UserThe hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations.
If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.

앨앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.
Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^
He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this?
Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel.
The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡
I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.
So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha.
When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts.

TTarah2811Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that.

The Maya environment of a very elegant touch for the tourist and I think that is a worthy claim. The hotel has to invest in modernising shower, bathroom and furniture.

The all-inclusive restaurant has French food, Italian food and Mexican food. The ingredients, vegetables are not the freshest, the meat parts are not the best parts, the taste, the Chinese stomach can not stand it after two days...

CCarterI absolutely had a wonderful time on my vacation. The building and grounds are beautiful and the artwork is exquisite. I enjoyed both Katia's warm smile and generosity as well as the other woman who speaks english, but I didn't catch her name. I really loved speaking with her as she has a very strong and kind spirit. I noticed throughout my stay that there is 24hr security on site as I get up randomly throughout the night. When the AC stopped working in my room I was offered a different room with working AC, but I was comfortable in my suite and the night air was good enough to keep me cool until the next morning when they fixed it. I felt very welcomed, safe, and appreciated. They get 5 stars from me.

GGuest UserI had a problem with my reservation and it was all chaos, but Trip is responsible since it was a mistake in the reservation, they charged me two times and according to the reservation it was already all-inclusive, they did not include the children and the reservation indicates that children under 12 stay free, we included 4 and they charged us for all four
