Hotel has a good location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket; close to ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. Room is simple, a bit old but spacious. Our room doesn’t hav a view unfortunately. Overall a gd stay and value for money.

It was really nice hotel. But we went with cheaper rate, so the room doesn't have ocean view, facing the road.
you could hear the cars/buses running over night.
Otherwise, very good economical hotel.
Try to avoid the road facing road.

My cousin held there wedding in Cancun, so I booked a room here just for that. Place was very nice and staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean as well.

very bad customer service from Mr. Cruz - they do not have any customer service skills and even if you have a child listed on your reservation they will charge you an extra fee for every child already listed on your online reservation. They are just trying to make extra money and when you show them the proof that the child is already listed on your reservation they stated they do not work with this company (trip.com) and that they only accept the reservation it if was done with the third party company they hire. He stated Trip.com was higher by the third company and they do not accept their reservations and it was their mistake for not showing the child in their system and an additional fee had to be paid. Mr. Cruz and other staff members were going over every reservation we had to see how they could get us and charge us fees and they would not even try to resolve this issue and asked us to pay the fee or they would cancel and to go and find another hotel and to request a refund from Trip.com very bad staff service and do not recommend to stay there if you have minors with you because you will be asked to pay about $65 a night per minor per day! Totally a rip off they know you will pay it since you are already there! We had confirmed our stay couple weeks earlier and they had confirmed occupants and nights of the stay but suddenly they did not had any of that information!

Overall staff was very good especially the spa cleaning and reception staff was fantastic I am giving a score overall 8/10 just if they provide a halah food restaurant it will be very good.I recommended it to friends and family visitors

Tô enter our room,
You had to go to a corridor with no windows. Everyone someone got in the corridor, it was extremely loud. We could hear sounds from cars driving in front of our balcony, neighbors coming on. One night I woke up with the phone ringing in the room next door.
In addition, the furniture was old and the bed extremely uncomfortable. It had a weird smell. I barely slept the three nights we stayed there.
after two busy days we addressed the issue to the front desk and they told us it was too late to change rooms and that we needed to come by before mid day. That was hard for us considering that we had pre-scheduled activities leaving in the morning.
Besides that, the outdoor facilities all look nice. If it wasn’t the lack of sound proof walls and how uncomfortable the bed was, I would considered returning.
