Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.

Located in the city center. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The disadvantage is that the bell of St. Mary's Church next to it rings every 15 minutes, even in the dead of night; the hotel's free wifi is very restrictive and can only be used once every 24 hours for 30 minutes each time, and the network speed is slow.

Room in bad state of repair handles hanging off the windows, toilet handle hanging off. Toilet roll holder hole in the wall, no hand washing liquid, cleaning substandard at best! It’s too late to book elsewhere but After just spending a weekend in Premier Inn I won’t be booking with travelodge again it’s very run down and unkempt! PS staff refused to help with WiFi problem! And no advisors available!

These are photos of the "cleaniless", or lack of it, for the accessible shower at this hotel, and another room on a different floor that we had booked. The photos speak for themselves. I would also advise that you take your own mugs. We had two rooms booked, in the second room the cleaning staff had flicked the dirty mugs under the bathroom tap and put them back on the tray - complete with a dirty spoon covered in hot chocolate from a previous guest(!!!) that I had left to the side and my coffee stains in the supposedly clean mugs. I have attached photos showing the standard of hygiene in each bathroom.

Lovely clean hotel room, plenty of space black out curtains so you can rest in the day, provisions for making hot drinks. On the whole excellent.

First off good points easy to find & parking in nearby car park cheap & short walk into town. I wouldn't say staff were rude just not very friendly or chatty! To busy chatting to each other & wasn't paying enough attention,as didnt set room card for 2 nights. Corridors could do with a hoover,getting to room window was open guess it was to help the unclean smell? One bed was full of crumbs on top of duvet,there was rubbish on floor,& bathroom shower had hairs up walls & was just dirty! Wouldn't recommend staying here personally.

I arrived in the middle of the night and was warmly received by the overnight receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable, though I only needed it for a few hours. View of the back yard was not pretty but kept things mostly quiet. Note however that there is a local clock which sounds the quarter hour all night, so if you're a light sleeper, maybe bear that in mind. Extremely good value and would certainly return if needed.

Water and sand weren’t drained from the sink in the bathroom. It reeked of urine in the toilet. For a family room, only one towel was provided. So much noise from outside, room may not be sound proofed.
