Location excellent Rooms big & perfect Big windows with excellent view The rooms are covered with carpet Bedsheets clean Towels I didn’t use none so can’t say anything Daily clean is done Everything is around you The best part is you have a big mall next to you & also a tram that takes you direct to the old town. Swimming pool & spa amazing My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

The service in room as well as in breakfast fast not response and in front disk if you call no one will respond fast and after 6 pm they will till you that no one can serve you at this time wait until morning very bad service

Nice views but receptionist need to be more professional,i just arrive to the hotel to do the check in and they was more interesting in their conversation like talking each other for 10 minutes and they even said hello good morning wasn't very warming welcome to be honest service its pathetic never again.

The front desk upgraded our room when we checked in. The view and room were very comfortable. The breakfast included many local specialties, fresh ingredients and attentive service. The swimming pool was also very clean and comfortable.

The view from the window is really nice, and the room is also nice, but it is really not worth the price. The breakfast is basically at the level of the All Seasons. The service is not up to par with Swissotel.
