Food could be upgraded more fresh fruit not just apples, oranges, and bananas, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Maybe add nuts and steel oatmeal

Complaint Regarding Bed Bug Issue in Room 429
Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue I experienced during my stay in Room 429 on the night of April 25, 2025. I was bitten by bed bugs, resulting in multiple bites that are severely itchy and uncomfortable. Attached, you will find photos of the bites for your reference.
This situation indicates a significant problem with pest control in your hotel, which has caused me considerable distress and compromised the quality of my stay. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate measures to address the pest issue to prevent other guests from experiencing similar problems.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps you will take to resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and action.

The staff and management made the check in and whole stay really enjoyable . Loved the bar and kitchen.. Breakfast was great and the free cocktails and what was called heavy appetizers but more like a meal was an unexpected bonus. I will make Drury my number one choice from now on.

Everything was decent except for housekeeping coming at 8am opening the door to clean room while I was sleeping and husband was in shower! Don’t think I’ll be staying there again as they did nothing in regards to this.

Hotel staff were friendly and approachable, they recommended the nearby pizzeria as a good spot to grab a bite. We were able to walk to a pizzeria and the food was good. This is a nice quiet area.

Our stay was amazing. Room is a good size. Beds are soft, little too soft on the pull out but nice room. Small fridge. Microwave worked well. Nice appetizers. Good drinks! Bartender was amazing.

The hotel was cleaner but the room had a sour/ sewer smell which seemed to be exacerbated by the AC- which was definitely needed on the hot days we were there. The bed was large and clean, but not incredibly comfy. The bathroom was well equipped with good shower pressure

Generally satisfied with our stay. Only issue was room service. We asked for service every day, which we did eventually receive. However each day it came between two and three in the afternoon which did upset our schedule. I think cleaning of the room should be complete by noon.
