DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Chandler

I love it here, it's my second time. I am a repeat customer and will be coming back soon.

I loved this hotel it’s in a great location in Arizona I felt safe with my kids the rooms and hotel are very nice and clean I have no complaints to be honest I booked here twice and if I’m ever in Phoenix again I’ll probably rebook this hotel I think the only thing it’s missing is a microwave

While we were there the ice machine was broken but when we informed the Reception. They promptly fixed it.... in our room the fridge was broken but again. We informed them and they promptly fixed it..... the staff were great. I would've given them a 5 to be honest. I think the role of the hotel could chamber. The pool was closed kind of early..... the elevator was always warm...... if we do go to AZ I will be staying here again..... because the cost was fair. The staff were very helpful and prompt....

Clean, well kept room. Beautiful pool. Very helpful, and friendly staff. I will definitely be staying at this Hilton when I'm in the area.

Our room was perfect, very clean and lots of room for all our belongings. Staff was very accommodating. We will stay there again!

Everything was very clean. The room was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, attentive and helpful. The staff is nice, the rooms are spacious, the lobby is beautiful and clean. I will be coming back for sure

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Plenty of parking around the building. Breakfast and coffee was available on site but extremely expensive. Coffee was provided in the room, it was not keurig type of coffee pot (I brought extra pods from home), and the coffee provided was not good quality. I'm a coffee snob. My only issue is that I made this reservation in February and found out a few weeks ago that the training I was suppose to attend was cancelled. I tried to move (not cancel) my reservation to another property up north and the property would not work with me. I told them I was even willing to pay the difference if it was allowed. They would not budge.

Facility was completely satisfying. Pool - so cool, Fitness Center spacious and in great condition, hot water was properly hot. We'll be back. ;~))
