Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again

Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

The hotel is very old. There are many holes on the sheets. The mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on. There are many dirty stains on the floor, walls and furniture. It's not that the cleaning is not done well, but the stains are very old. When you arrive at the hotel front desk, they will say that the room is upgraded for free and hope to give a good review. If the service is really good, they will give a good review without asking for it. However, the hotel price of more than 100 yuan is really affordable. The room was a bit tight but I managed to make space for my luggage. The hotel itself is definitely a bit old but it was fine and clean. There was adequate heating so the room was not cold even though it’s winter. Location is pretty convenient too but there are no convenience stores nearby (you have to walk about 100-200m).

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!
