First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

The hotel is clean and sanitary, convenient for travel, and has complete facilities. The hotel has its own parking lot, restaurant, and laundry room, which is very convenient. The front desk Xiaotao and Guanguan are warm and friendly.
