The stay at the hotel was an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, with courteous and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping team was particularly thoughtful, providing us with an extra heat pad to stay warm and even a small box to organize our accessories after noticing we had several. These small but meaningful gestures truly set the hotel apart. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

First, because we set off early in the morning and it was not during the free airport drop-off time, Manager Han also secured free airport drop-off service. Second, not only were there welcome fruits, but our suitcases were also carefully wiped. Third, there were souvenirs given when we dropped off the plane in the morning. The room is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. There is a gym on the ninth floor. My daughter likes the treadmill there. The hotel also gave away tickets to the bathing center. It was so nice to take a bath after a day of fun. It was quiet at night and very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is not far from Changchun's scenic spots and has convenient transportation.
