鑽石王冠級推薦這家凈月大學城的希岸酒店。帶着孩子出來最重要的就是安全，環境。這家酒店温馨，乾淨，雖然是新開的，但是沒有任何裝修的味道，房間乾淨寬敞，前台還幫我們免費升級了房間，酒店的工作人員服務態度都很好，酒店各種細節拉滿。比如酒店網速超快，大堂寬敞明亮温馨都是泡泡瑪特，很多可愛的擺件，孩子喜歡的不得了，房間裏小度反應超快，安靜，隔音也很好，聽不到任何聲音，洗手間有晾衣桿，還單獨配了防滑墊，廁所是智能馬桶，還配了一次性馬桶墊，電視投屏也超級贊，投屏迅速。即熱式飲水機小巧方便，酒店還配一個超級大的停車場，總之整個酒店細節滿滿，有趣可愛，是一間非常寶藏的酒店。下次還來，推薦！

和朋友分別定了兩個不同房型他們是雅緻房 我們是影音大床房 房間挨着我們是尾房 開門後明顯感覺房間大小不同我們的比他們高兩級但對比起來看房間還沒有他們的房型寬敞 屋內沒有電視而是投影儀 打電話給前台 前台和我們説尾房就是這樣的 語氣也略帶無奈嘲諷 問是否可以更換 告訴我們沒有空房 但我們入住時看門牌狀態周圍一片衹有我們兩間房有人入住 早上前台給我的理由是周圍其他房間和我們房型不一樣 但是退房時有一間開門的房間 房內格局與我朋友的雅緻房看起來很是相近
房內淋浴間的下水不知道是堵了還是怎麼 洗完澡水已經沒過腳面了 下面圖片是洗完半小時後的下水狀態 前台説會找人維修 但這種情況明顯不是剛形成的 之前住户反映過為什麼沒有維修
所有房間通話中女前台的態度一直不算得上好 中午提醒12點退房説完直接把電話掛了
退房和前台説以上情況前台都有不同的藉口 解決不了叫來經理藉口也是大相徑庭的 給我們的解決方案是加個微信下次來升級延時給個早餐券 毫無誠意

從前台辦理入住時，工作人員就熱情貼心，快速安排好房間。房間佈置得温馨又整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。智能化設施超方便，語音控制燈光、窗簾，科技感滿滿，細節之處盡顯用心。強烈推薦，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店位置特別方便，輕軌站博碩路站對面就是，附近都是大學，酒店有自己的獨立停車場，很大，也有充電樁可以給車充電，四層獨體樓，酒店內部裝修是美式風格，很漂亮大氣，大堂有很多擺件，很可愛，酒店的工作人員熱情周到，房間寬敞明亮，窗户很大，採光好，房間設施齊全，小度反應特別快而且準確，房間隔音非常好，雖然新開的但是沒有什麼味道，可以放心住。另外早餐好吃種類也豐富，餐廳環境很好，下次還會再來，也會推薦朋友來住。

和男朋友入住希岸酒店，真的很不錯。房間佈置得很簡約温馨，很適合我們這種小情侶。不過房間一開始有點氣味，前台很貼心，主動給我們送了空氣凈化機，打開後很快就沒有氣味了，服務很貼心。而且酒店的氛圍很浪漫，很適合情侶來這感受二人世界。

入住希岸酒店，真的讓我驚艷！房間整體風格簡約又時尚，住着很舒適。床品很舒服，床墊軟硬適中，睡起來很享受。熱水穩定，洗漱時水温一直剛剛好。手盆是很有藝術感的巖板熱彎一體手盆，看着就很有品質。智能語音助手小度開的，跟別的希岸酒店不太一樣，但體驗感更好，語音指令都能準確識別。酒店還配備了帶製冷冰箱的咖博士 的咖啡機。洗衣房配了LG 洗衣機洗衣服特別乾淨，烘乾效果也很好。總之，這次入住體驗很不錯，下次還會再來。

新開業的，非常不錯，老闆跟員工服務業非常熱情，智能馬桶，電動窗簾，電視也能投屏，送貨機器人🤖，房型業不錯，還有停車位，去的晚了，老闆還給周邊找位置，有任何問題都妥帖解決！！
