It was amazing to enjoy the great service the first step in the stuff on the doir handover a tissue gor wiping my glasses all the staff very kind and helpful a great value for money the rooms very nice and clean the TCM treatment at his own class an highlight was the outdoor pool

It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. They gave us a welcoming fruit platter and gave the kids a welcoming gift. The hot springs are wonderful, so warm and relaxing. I totally recommend you visit this hotel and Hot Springs. The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

A fabulous hotspring resort with many baths to choose from. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good view of the springs or garden. Staff are pleasant and hotel is exquisite.

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

I decided to come to Changchun on a whim and thought about taking a hot spring bath. I searched and found this place. The price-performance ratio is not too high. Two breakfasts and two dinners, good night milk, welcome fruit, large and comfortable room, great and smooth hot spring, children like it very much, the hotel service is also very good, the front desk added a butler when checking in, and provided timely assistance for various problems. There was also a fireworks show during the May Day holiday. I will consider coming here to take a hot spring bath again when I come to Changchun in the future
