酒店內房間設施設備都很好 前台思佳 服務熱情周到 讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺，要説缺點也有，主要是沒有窗户的房間，有一個通往外面的陽台，那裡不大通風，下水道反味道太嚴重了，其他都很好。

開元名都酒店位於54 路電車對面，坐車終點站就能到達這有山，酒店是5 星級，地理位置，衞生條件和服務都非常好👍； 我帶着孩子👶，前台為我升級到了11 樓的豪華套房，去過很多城市，住過很多酒店，印象比較深刻的如廣州的花園酒店，花園酒店是白金五星級，也是住的他家的套房. 好酒店的一個特點是： 服務真的很到位，為客人考慮的很周到. 早餐也是很符合我們的東北風味. 有三鮮餡的餃子，煎豆包，玉米餅，蒸土豆，蒸茄子. 餛燉要排隊才能吃到. 麪包種類也很多. 就是有的東西光盤太快了，換的速度有點慢.
也感謝攜程客服的優質服務，我定貴了，還幫我退了差價，感謝.

酒店位置不錯，附近有地鐵二號線，出入還算方便。房間衞生尚可，但設施設備有些老舊，下水道較慢。早餐品種蠻豐富的，服務人員收拾桌子、補充食物都很及時和努力，就是人太多了，秩序有點亂。

感覺不像開元名都管理的酒店，裝修簡單，房間温度衹有21℃左右，衞生間估計20℃不多，很冷。早餐竟然不能堂食，送餐竟然是涼的。

前台閆經理接待我們入住和退房，開元的酒店都很好，有求必應服務細緻入微，會主動告知入住的注意事項，酒店衞生和個性化服務做的真不錯值得其他同行學習，閆經理還主動告訴我們南北方温差較大注意添衣，真不錯很好值得推薦！

距離長春西站很近
酒店門口就是神州租車停車場，很方便
大堂接待的小姐姐特別温柔，笑起來很甜，好像叫新宇，名字也很好聽
恰逢中秋，房間裏還送了月餅和小卡片，相當有心了
早餐也很豐盛，餃子、酸菜、麪條都很有當地特色
床品特別舒服，温暖又柔軟
是一次美好的體驗
