挺好的，一個人住的，電腦配置可以，衞生差了點，屋子裡的所有東西都是要花錢的，畢竟是電競酒店也都正常。

單純説下我的經歷哈 大家看點評的人自己心裏看
我是在攜程上訂了一間房 然後來了後我説先看看房 我説想要個帶窗户的 打掃衞生的一位男士（也是前台留手機號的人）帶我去看了下房 告訴我有點冷 我自己也覺得有點冷 我不確定這個平台是否可以取消 因此問了下男士 我説不好意思我有點沒相中 可以取消預訂嗎？男士回答我可以取消 讓我提交申請直接走 之後他會幫我取消
目前為止一切正常 我正常道謝後離開 就在我坐上車以後攜程發來通知 告知我房東拒絕了我取消的請求 因此我沒辦法 衹能再下車原路返回這個酒店 詢問為什麼沒取消成 這個時候兩位打掃衞生的我不知道是不是老闆的人就不耐煩的告知我也許是老闆那邊拒絕了我的取消請求 我禮貌詢問是否可以給我提供老闆電話 我和老闆溝通 前台男士告知我他們也不知道老闆的電話（我也不知道員工為什麼不知道老闆的電話 也不知道沒有老闆電話工作要如何交接）並且告訴我沒事這次取消不成功可以下次再來
我通過攜程再次申請取消 這次就沒人理我了 我在前台坐了大約一個小時等待取消 前台不停的傳出有待處理訂單的消息 但沒人來處理 我等待的實在受不了了請求攜程介入 攜程和老闆溝通後告知我老闆説因為政策原因不允許我取消 因此我衹能入住 剛才這位所謂的不認識老闆的男士來幫我辦理了入住 好消息是告訴我幫我換了一個窗户邊的“升級房型” 並嘟囔着我交的錢太少了他還幫我換了房 我不知道是不是要我感恩戴德 還問我是不是學生 不知道是不是因為成年人覺得學生這個羣體好欺負吧
以上就是事情全貌 我的想法是 因為是我先下了訂單 又沒看中房間 所以想取消 那自然是我的問題 你大可以説政策不可以取消 我也不是非要取消 大不了我對付住一晚 但你不應該等我走了後再馬後炮拒絕我的申請 我實在沒法揣測出你這樣的動機是什麼 是可能覺得我走遠了後會懶得回來處理這件事嗎？ 之後你升級所謂的房型 也沒必要嘴上嘟嘟囔囔怎麼樣 因為我用了攜程的積分換的代金劵 因此你收到多少錢 和我沒關係 你去找平台抱怨 不要來找我抱怨
做生意講究和氣聚人誠信為本 也講究口碑一傳十十傳百 一直用這樣的態度對待客户 也怪不得我當天辦入住的時候你整個酒店除了我就衹有另外一間房租出去了

酒店乾淨衞生，老闆人也好，看我體格大特意給升級了房型，電腦也比較流暢，地理位置也可以，樓下就是迅馳廣場，吃喝都很方便
