公寓優點：位置很好，就在萬達廣場上面，也很好找，入住方便，周邊是繁華地段，吃的玩的都有；床很舒服，當時就是看中他家的床墊才定的，軟硬適中，十分舒適。
公寓缺點：整個公寓比較老舊，裝修也不新，衞生欠缺，沙發前面的茶几，下面臟的不行，衞生間也沒打掃乾淨；馬桶也舊，墊圈是松的；衞生間頂上有一個燈是壞的；掛花灑的鈎子太高了，我165的身高都夠不着。還有床墊是放在木架子上的，四周露出一圈木架子，一不小心很容易刮傷，建議房東做些防護。

整體感覺不錯，交通特別便利，下樓就是萬達，後面一條餐飲界吃的不錯，馬路對面是這有山，長影製片廠也在邊上。去桂林路也非常近。唯一不足的地方是門口走廊有一股臭味，每次進屋都得閉氣。

衹能説一分價錢一分貨吧，圖片看着不錯，也就看看圖吧！拖鞋質量很差。衞生間地面很臟，馬桶裏一層垢，沒見過這麼臟的馬桶，裏面都是黑的！衞生間地面這麼臟好不到為什麼不買點清潔液好好刷一下！浴巾衹有一條！沒考慮到兩個人住？梳子一梳就斷，真是垃圾瘋了，沒髮梳頭！牙膏牙刷更別説了！水池上還有上一位的雙眼皮貼！房間窗户封得死死的，整個房間不好通風！那個衞生間門真是個奇葩，如圖！公寓樓，電梯裏都是開店的廣告，每一層都有做生意的，衹有你想不到，美甲店一大堆！人很多很雜亂！以後再也不住這種民宿了！唯一的好處就是離萬達近，離這有山近，離長影近！總之很差勁，不能細品！細節很失敗！
