I was given a cheaper room type after booking an expensive room type. I was also shocked when it appeared today. The elevator is dirty, the rooms are not as good as those found across the country, and the chairs are tattered. 400+ experience in Changchun is too bad

It was smaller than the rooms at Atour in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. We didn’t get the various Atour services. It was so lively. 住了這麼多亞朵，長春城市的亞朵真是驚艷到了我，從進屋辦理入住一直到回房間，前台叫舜禹的男孩子親力親為的幫助我，看我一個人帶孩子有些不方便，叫我坐在沙發等着就好，辦理完入住又幫我拿着行李送到房間，告知我洗衣房在一樓，晚上來到前台問有沒有寶寶可以用的洗衣液，舜禹馬上問到是要給小朋友洗衣服嗎，二話沒説帶我去了洗衣房幫我把孩子的衣服親自手洗了，邊洗還邊説，小朋友皮膚比較敏感，不可以和大人的衣服在一起洗哦，洗完衣服還帶我和女兒去吃了深夜粥到，在生活中，總會有一些人用自己的善良和真誠來温暖他人的心靈，而在酒店這個特殊的場所，也不乏這樣的好人好事。他們用自己的行動詮釋了什麼是真正的服務和關愛，讓每一位入住的客人都感受到了真誠和温暖。
