萬達，大悦城等等公寓式住房很多改成了民宿，但是從樓房的硬件設施就質量堪憂，下水道返味，電梯老化，衞生間裏的設施由於用料差導致現在哪哪都是半壞掉狀態，就算是房東想好好經營耐不住設施不給力呀，屋裡的地板是粘的，屋裡不是潮氣就是就是異味。再好的地點體驗感也不會太好，這些問題不能全怪房東是大環境下的普遍問題，目前不會有解吧。
