As a senior fan of Tsinghua Ruijing, I will never come here again. I stayed at Tsinghua Ruijing twice on business trips two years ago. I thought it was very clean and close to where I was going to work. So I booked here whenever I was on a business trip. Later, I stopped going on business trips and occasionally booked here for my colleagues. Gradually, they didn't like to come here anymore. I didn't know why until I stayed here again for one night. I personally think there may be some reason why my colleagues don't like to come here. Let me talk about the experience. First, I ordered takeout at night, but the takeout was not allowed to come in. I could only put it on the takeout table on the first floor and go down to pick it up myself (I didn't verify it with the hotel. After all, I didn't have anything to do and it didn't matter if I took it once, but there was no harm without comparison. Lifeng also didn't allow delivery, but they were equipped with robots, and the robots delivered it). Second, the air conditioner cannot be used. This is very shocking. The central air conditioner is not allowed to be used. In April, the heating in the house was burning hot. The software tested the indoor temperature and it was 27.8℃ (what can I say, it is warm in winter). As soon as I entered the building, I felt hot even wearing a shirt, and I couldn't turn on the air conditioner. After all, I opened the windows when it was hot in winter at home, so it didn't matter if I didn't use the air conditioner. The window was open from 11pm to 1:30pm, and I was awakened by the smoke wafting in from outside, just like the smell of coal smoke from burning coal, so I closed the window. I woke up at around 2am because of the heat, and called to ask if the air conditioner could be turned on. The counter said it couldn't be used, and I could sleep with the window open. I could open the window and draw the curtains. The air conditioner was not allowed to be used, so I slept with the window open when it was hot. It was very choking outside, not to mention that there was always a humming sound outside the 428 window. I didn't know what machine was running, and I couldn't rest well at all. I almost didn't sleep all night, and I was sleepy and uncomfortable at 6am the next day, and checked out before 7am. Third, the sink was a bit clogged. It didn't work well when I washed myself at night. The water was slow to drain and I couldn't see it draining the next day. This is the worst experience I've had this year in this price range. I've booked 20 times in two years, and this is the last time.

The hotel is in a good location, facing the Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and it is very convenient to go for examination and rest. The service attitude is quite good. The room is a little small, the hygiene level is OK, but the heating in the room is too good and too hot

They enthusiastically guided us. We didn’t go to the recommended one, but went to the restaurant ranked first in the reviews. It’s a 10-minute walk and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable 😄
