環境不錯，交通方便，下樓走幾步就是輕軌。但是住的有一天裏停水了，，，就很不方便。房間裏沒有凳子，自己要了塑料凳。

1、酒店阿姨真的很過分，我買的兩個玻璃瓶被阿姨當做垃圾給處理掉了，但後來去找垃圾發現沒有玻璃瓶，懷疑是為阿姨撿走自用了，酒店也沒有給出正面的答覆，一直在逃避
2、酒店下水口很不好，洗一次澡，地下全是水，都從浴室一出來了，木地板上也都是水木地板都泡爛了，地板底下一直滲水
3、衞生間沒有防滑地墊，特別滑，差點摔倒

房間整體體驗非常好，乾淨整潔，氛圍很好，臨街國泰和快速路，夜景很不錯，私密性比較好隔音效果不錯，房東姐姐也很好，生活用品很齊全，很推薦來這裏入住
