What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

On our 7-day trip covering Harbin, Changchun, and Shenyang, we were a group of seven, including seniors and children, and consistently booked three rooms in each city. This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Among all the hotels we stayed at during our itinerary, all of which were centrally located and priced in the 500-750 range, this one was by far the best. I haven't written a review in years, but everyone, from the seniors to the children, was thoroughly satisfied. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. After checking out and leaving Changchun, my child accidentally left a toy behind, and they even called us to inquire if we wanted it back. Should we ever return to Changchun, this hotel will definitely be our top pick.

The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, We got upgraded without any additional charge. The breakfast spread is good with coffee machine. I am delighted they provide free laundry room with ironing board. Walking distance to subway blue line. Will totally recommend you to stay in this hotel.

Service: Superb! Especially the front desk staff, they were so gentle and understanding. The housekeeping staff even noticed we'd finished all four bottles of water on our first day and added two more on the second – very thoughtful. The hotel itself is spacious, bright, and very clean. We had a window-side room, and once you close the windows, you can barely hear any street noise. The location is very convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and a Thai massage place directly across the street. Perfect! 😍

The decoration style of the hotel is exactly the same as that of Shangri-La. The curtains of the two windows are very delicately designed, and the curtains by the bed are beige, so it is not dazzling when the sun shines in. The hygiene is absolutely impeccable, even the toilet paper is three or four layers of very soft paper. The bed is very comfortable, the bedding is also very comfortable, and I sleep very well. The bathrobe is one thin and one thick, the thin one is very breathable, and the thick one is very soft and comfortable. The breakfast cannot be compared with the five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, but it is also the first echelon in Changchun. It has everything it should have. The hotel's buffet dinner is absolutely worth it. Parking is free. The location is very good, quiet in the bustling city, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. Since 2022, I met the Mehow Lizhi Hotel in Guilin. No matter which city I go to, I will search on Ctrip to see if there is a Mehow Lizhi Hotel in the local area. If there is one, even if it is a little far from my destination, I will choose Mehow Lizhi Hotel because this hotel is so great. I hope it will open in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai soon!!!

The shower in the room had to stand on top of the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Other hotels we stayed in for the next two days also had this design. The bathroom door did not close tightly. I would like to remind everyone to check whether breakfast is included when booking a room. We booked two rooms for two nights, and only It included breakfast for one day, I guess it was exchanged for Ctrip points. I was told that there was no breakfast the next day, but the surrounding area was not very prosperous and there was no breakfast shop nearby, so I added 68 yuan per person. There were not many types of breakfast. I had to find napkins. The service staff will only give it to you if you ask for it. It is not worth the price. I stayed in a state-owned hotel in People's Square for the next two days. Breakfast was all-inclusive and the dishes were rich. The price with breakfast was 48 yuan per person. I hope you can do some research. There is no window screen. I don't know if this is true in high-end areas. The air conditioner is good and quiet. The panel is still old-fashioned. Everything else is fine.
