The front desk said sorry, they made a mistake and there was another double bed room available, but when I ran over, that room smelled very, very strongly of cigarette smoke. 2. After waiting for a long time, they later said that the room type and price were the same (I checked and they were not the same at all). Later, they were told that they could not withdraw from the platform. I really don’t understand. For all the other chain hotels I’ve booked before, the price difference cannot be refunded for orders paid at the store. 3. Then, the front desk said to rearrange a room. This time I got a big bed, so I thought it would be okay. It turned out that the bed looked strange. It was two single beds put together! ! Forget it, this is what I can do now. It has been 40 minutes since I checked in... As a result, when I lay down that night, the sound of traffic on the elevated highway outside the window was loud, and I didn't sleep well all night. 4. There is a continuation of the story. The next day, I asked to change to a normal quiet king room. When I moved in during the day, everything was fine, and I thought it was finally normal. When I returned home from work in the evening, it was already 2 a.m. after washing up. When I lay down, I almost died from the thick smell of cigarette smoke in my pillow and quilt! ! ! I had no choice but to sleep hard. When I woke up in the morning, I found that my clothes and hair were all smelling of cigarette smoke! ! It's really disgusting! ! ! ! ! ! ! I don’t understand why it’s 4202 years old and there are still hotels without non-smoking rooms? ? A hotel that costs 400 yuan a night doesn’t even have a quiet, smoke-free double room! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Don't call me, and you won't call me again!
