I had a truly wonderful stay at Iseya Hotel. The service was flawless, and every staff member, including the housekeeping team, greeted me warmly. I was especially impressed by 心心, who went above and beyond in assisting me, from helping with the complimentary laundry service to handling delivery collections. The room was not only aesthetically pleasing and in pristine condition, but the amenities and decor were thoughtfully selected. The view from my room on the 69th floor was breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of pillows to suit your preferences. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone—it's absolutely worth every penny!

The hotel is very modern and beautifully interior decorated. The room has amazing views being on the 70th floor. The lighting is great in the room and very quiet. The room has a beautiful Morror Art sound system. Drop down screen projector to watch a movie too. Great huge transparent bath tub. The shower and bath products are high standard. There is a Japanese Toto toilette in the bathroom, Dyson hairdryer and good quality slippers. Bathrobes and pyjamas are supplied for the complimentary Himalayan hot salt spa room. It is a perfect hotel for couples. Perfect for a short stay. However There is no breakfast room or gym. It is a short walk from the IFS shopping mall. On the ground floor there are many branded coffee and tea shops.

Overall the room experience is sublime, no issues there. The service provided by the butlers (好好）and (佳欣) was notable. Finally I wish the hotel had more facilities like a gym.

Must give all five stars! The hotel is in the city center but very quiet, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to IFS. The housekeeper Jiaxin even helped me plan the best shopping route, and even taught me the hidden way to drink Cha Yan Yue Se~ The smart home in the room amazed me, the curtains and lights can be voice controlled, and the toilet seat is heated! The laundry service is free, and the housekeeper can deliver it back to the room early in the morning~ I experienced the hotel's forest of light and sand dunes, which felt pretty good. I like taking pictures on the 71st floor observation deck. I feel that the view must be spectacular when the weather is good~ I will definitely stay here again next time!
