When issuing an invoice, from telling them that the invoice was sent to the wrong person to waiting for them to issue it, it took an hour and still no solution was resolved. Is it appropriate to disclose other customers' privacy at will like this? I don't know how the front desk works and how such a simple mistake can be delayed for so long. What's more, WeChat doesn't reply to messages and the hotel front desk phone is always unreachable. Haha, weird.

酒店整體環境乾淨氣派，房間都還算很大。洗髮水和沐浴露都有單獨瓶子包裝，乾淨也很衞生。前台Coco晚上都有安排酸奶，特別的貼心。交通位置還算便利，電梯稍微有一點點慢，其他都特別好，服務特別特別暖心，很滿意，就是洗衣服的地方需要自己在哪裡操作，其他都很好。

感謝Lily管家的貼心服務，入住給贈送了酸奶，開具發票很及時，新開的酒店房間很寬敞舒適；酒店負一有健身房，設施齊全，旁邊自助洗衣房也很給力。出行方便快捷，配備都很齊全，衞生乾淨，下次來長沙出差還選這裏。 不足之處：酒店新開，房間略有味道。晚餐自助，種類較少，推薦還是附近的大學城天馬社區去覓食，很多美味！房間的桌子略矮，不適合加班工作。 總體來説：

酒店位置絕佳，交通十分便利。周邊商場、景點都很近，出行方便。而且離地鐵站步行衹要十分鐘，對於我這種喜歡到處逛逛的人來説，簡直太友好了。前台eana小姐姐服務超讚，還贈送了酸奶，下次來這個城市還會選擇這裏！
