有點無語，這個槽我一定要吐。訂的三天的豪華大床房，為的就是給家人好的體驗，辦理入住後發現對着高架（當時下午14點左右），車流量大，怕長者年紀大了夜間被吵到失眠，申請換房間。前台幾個人説豪華大床房全都對着高架，沒有不吵的，如果要換房間就讓我再付60升3晚房。當時為了長者睡好就補了60升了房。結果晚上和我愛人辦入住時，直接免費給我們升了房（原本也是豪華大床房）。第二天又免費升了房。真搞不懂到底是怎麼運作的。酒店衞生也差，桌子上一層灰，辦公的時候灰直接黏我胳膊肘上，阿姨打掃衞生是不擦的嗎？
