Staff were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded the room for free to a Queen size. Rooms are clean and tidy and have a great view of the city. Close to shops and restaurants and Riff club nearby for live music and DJs. Lots of cool places to checkout nearby. I will definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice, I come to Hunan for a concert that is very close to the venue. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious. The staffs is very nice and helpful. Loey and Karry, the staffs, they have a good service mind.

Clean and almost new hotel with very good internet speed and spacious rooms. The AC didn't really work in our room and also nobody acted upon mentioning it to the reception desk. Otherwise a comfortable stay, minus the slight KTV music noise in the evenings which however did stop eventually and didn't interrupt sleeping.

The hotel is comfortable to stay in, and the staff is serious and responsible. The hotel has complete facilities. It is convenient for shopping and eating around. The parking lot is convenient. The subway and bus are convenient. I am very satisfied and will patronize again if I have the chance.
