Indigo Hotels in Changsha

This year, I went to Changsha on my global trip and found a hotel called Jiaxing Shizun. The five-star hotels I stayed in before were not so cheap. I was a little worried at first, but after moving in, I found it was really worth it. The room is simply and comfortably decorated, and everything is brand new, making people feel very warm. The location of this hotel is superb, right in the center of Changsha, convenient for shopping and eating. Looking out of the window at night, the lights of the whole city are particularly beautiful, like a painting. ‼ ️ And Sister Xiao Liu, the Tang Angel! She is as enthusiastic as the sun. If you have any questions, she always answers you with a smile, and secretly tells you where to have fun and where to eat in Changsha. She is like a super guide for our trip. For three days and two nights, we followed their suggestions and turned Changsha upside down, and we were very happy. The city of Changsha is a vibrant young girl, who makes people fall in love at first sight and can't play enough. And Jiaxing Shizun is the little secret base between us and this girl. It not only allows us to have a good rest, but also allows me to understand her more deeply. Changsha is worth a visit for any outsider. If you choose this hotel when you come to Changsha, it will definitely give you a pleasant experience and make every moment in your memory sparkle.

CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

it is walking distance to Changsha south Station for high speed train to everywhere. It is next street to shops, mostly eateries of all sort. It also has a simple retaurant at its ground floor, serving many hotels in the same buildings. Staff are competent, friendly, they even go out of the way to help foreigner like me to get taxis, food delivery. They keep track of the room, even after few days i left, if there are anything i left behind. Hotel modern, clean, nice unobstructed views...

Checked in on Sat 28th before my fiancé to arrange some things like wedding flowers, decorations etc. Katrina at reception was absolutely fantastic. She followed up on the requests I had and verified the Trip.com staff information which was sent earlier. She was extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful, diligent, and professional - a real asset to IHG. She took care of everything. She arranged the decorations to be done after we left for marriage registration so when I got back it would all be ready for my wife. The facilities and service like the 1st floor all day dining restaurant, the Sky27 bar and Intercontinental club on the 27th floor, were wonderful. The Latin band (Cuban / Colombian duo) were magnificent and quite friendly ✊ Breakfast boxes were arranged for our early departure on 31st. The taxi was ordered and promptly arrived ahead of time to collect us. Hotel staff checked if I was an IHG member and applied my discounts where relevant. Breakfast buffet and all day a La carte dining was wonderful. Shopping mall access through the hotel lobby is easily accessible and quite convenient. All in all, it was a marvellous few days at Intercontinental Changsha.

Small hotel with a good location. I prefer outside of Walking Street for easy traveling.. surroundings are all the shopping area.. the room is clean and with nice sound proof windows.. not sure the door though..

It was an outstanding experience. The modern and elegant design of the hotel, combined with its prime location, made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered fantastic views of the city. The amenities, including the fitness center and lounge, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort. A special mention goes to Tiffany, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally helpful. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a difference and enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Ascott Xiangjiang FFC Changsha to anyone visiting the city!

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

Good location, very clean. But beyond the uniqueness of being on the 92nd floor, the rest is extremely average, including hard mattresses and awful pillows. Very average breakfast and uncoordinated staff, plus a missed opportunity with the level 93 bar.
