Staying in London for 10 days, this was the most satisfying hotel. While it only compares to upscale domestic chains like H-Hotels or Atour, reaching this standard already exceeded my expectations. Both the room and the bathroom were excellent. The only minor downside was that the 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which wasn't super comfortable.

A prime location—just steps away from LEGO, the winter market, and Greggs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was awesome, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—the view was absolutely magnificent, perfect for unwinding with a drink. A fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it!

A charming hotel nestled the the throngs of a busy area and conveniently located near Paddington station. 
The double room I booked had all the amenities needed, shampoos, coffee maker and kettle, but it was absolutely tiny. 
With the double bed in the middle, there was no space even to open two suitcases on the floor, without tripping over them since they were the same width as the area remaining from the bed to the wall. 
I would recommend the hotel but check the size of the rooms, especially if there are two of you staying.

Let me say that the front desk of the hotel is really super Nice, everyone is very warm and friendly, feel full of love. The room was large and clean, the court-style bed, big love. Every day, mineral water is free to drink, and small snacks are also free to eat. This is charged in other hotels... The location is great, go to the Tower Bridge for3/5 minutes, double subway, walk from Liverpool Street Station for8/9 minutes... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, very very Great experience, a must-choice hotel next time you come to London

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

The hotel offers convenient shuttle service to and from LGA, making it easy to get there from the airport. The room was decent, nothing special but not bad either. For New York, I was quite satisfied with the price. The location is excellent, very close to various Chinese restaurants. It feels like the best value for money among the nearby hotels.

Room was small, did not provide water bottles had to go down to the concierge to refill or buy from whole foods-7-11. Our Tv broke down half way but luckily the hotel managed to fix it within a few hours. 

To boil hot water had to go down to the concierge to do so. No amenities were provided. It is just a place to sleep.

For the price was not worth it. I accidentally booked 8 nights which the hotel refused to cancel without giving a reason why. Bear in mind after booking I immediately contacted the hotel to mention this typo but they refused to correct it. Luckily trip.com managed to come through to reimburse me a little for the losses.

Overall will not stay again. There are better hotels for the same prices. Only selling point was location was good.

Good location, staff were excellent.  Nothing was too much.  On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away.  Close to subway to get around the city.  Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about.  However, rooms are modern and quiet.  Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay. 
Paid $125 per room deposit, only down fall was on checking out had another charge on my card, for both rooms and unsure what this is for.  Didn’t receive any confirmation or reassurance I will get my deposits back.  But overall couldn’t fault the hotel.  Roof top bar, probably needs some work, tiles were lose and staff weren’t ready when we went up, so didn’t stop for a drink just went straight back down.

The room is clean and sanitary, the service is very good, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation, which is very suitable for tourism and vacation.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

The hotel's front desk staff truly provided impeccable service. Every single staff member was smiling, friendly, and natural. Check-in was efficient, and the information provided was clear and easy to understand. Alice and Fanny, in particular, went above and beyond to fulfill guest requests, always with patience and responsibility. Not only were they skilled professionals, but they also paid great attention to detail, proactively pointing out important information and checking in on my stay experience. Even when busy, they maintained a positive attitude and genuinely impressed me with their service. I truly felt valued and cared for here. This level of service deserves full marks!

Exceeded all expectations, absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Carol for her warm and attentive service! The Indigo on the Bund in Shanghai is a perfect 10, definitely five stars! The location is superb, offering unparalleled panoramic views of the Bund and Lujiazui, and the night view is simply stunning. The design seamlessly blends old Shanghai charm with modern aesthetics, and the details are exquisite. The room was comfortable and clean, the bedding was soft, and the service was warm and thoughtful, with an efficient check-in process. The high-altitude restaurant boasts an unbeatable view, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Whether you're there for the views, a vacation, or just exploring, it's incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai, highly recommended!

Ever since I heard about the opening of the Indigo Hotel at Dishui Lake, I've been longing to visit, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel boasts an excellent location, just across the road from the Dishui Lake scenic boardwalk. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich – the lamb chops and pork chops were absolutely delicious! It was a truly perfect stay. The hotel staff were also very welcoming; Coco and Klaus treated us like friends.
