I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me.

I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. ￼Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. 

The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train.

Their luggage storage service is really good.

So glad I booked this hotel! The only downside is the price, but seriously, that's it! It's super close to everything – the New York Stock Exchange and the 9/11 Memorial are both within a 5-minute walk, and the subway is literally right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. They offer complimentary bottled water, but remember to ask for it at check-in, as they don't automatically offer it.

This is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!!

To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

Excellent! I love Hotel Indigo, and if I recall correctly, this particular one used to cost over 2,000 [currency unit] per night. It's a good thing the economic downturn has made it more affordable for us. It's right by the Bund, but not on Nanjing East Road, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The view from the 30th-floor bar is unbeatable, making you feel like you're in New York. The breakfast service is also exceptional; the coffee made by the staff is fantastic—both invigorating and rich, and the waffles are absolutely divine, crispy with a not-too-sweet cream.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Shanghai Jing'an was absolutely perfect, exceeding all my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Jing'an, next to a subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding area boasts a mature commercial district, perfect for shopping and dining. The overall design masterfully blends Shanghainese charm with retro cinematic aesthetics. The green and gold lobby, adorned with film-themed art installations, creates an amazing ambiance – every photo op feels like a fashion shoot. The guest rooms are spacious and elegant, with thoughtful details everywhere: a Shikumen-inspired headboard and vintage-style lamps showcasing local cultural flair. The oversized round bathtub, smart bathroom fixtures, and comfortable bedding ensure ultimate relaxation. The service was incredibly attentive and thorough; Fanny and Lucky at the front desk were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in, and the turndown service was meticulous – every detail speaks to quality. The breakfast was rich and delicious, featuring both local Shanghainese specialties and exquisite cuisine. The heated pool and well-equipped gym added even more comfort to my stay. Combining beauty, style, and attentive service, this hotel is an excellent choice for business or leisure in Shanghai. It's already on my 'revisit' list!

My two-night stay here was fantastic! First, I have to give a shout-out to the handsome gentleman who came out with an umbrella to greet me on the evening of the 29th (apologies, I forgot his name). Then there's David, whose service was consistently polite and thoughtful; he always proactively approached us to ask if we needed anything. The front desk upgraded my room, allowing me to experience two different styles, each with its own charm. If you love the 'Port City Waves' theme, definitely choose that one – it feels like you can hear the ocean waves inside. Lying on the shell-shaped sofa, listening to the wind and rain over Dishui Lake, and sipping a hot coffee, I completely forgot about the疲れ from my travels. The hotel truly felt like a harbor, a place to relax and unwind. 

The second night, I was upgraded to a 270-degree lake view room. It offered a direct view of the Twin Towers and the lake. You could enjoy the lively night view of Dishui Lake without even leaving the room. It's a shame it wasn't a Saturday; otherwise, this room would have been a perfect spot for watching fireworks.

The room facilities were excellent. The capsule coffee was aromatic, they provided a Dyson hairdryer, and the welcome drinks in the minibar were nice (though a few snacks would make it even better). The welcome fruit even included my favorite macarons! 🥰

The only slight drawbacks were the bath amenities. If they're not individual, single-use toiletries, they should at least be full to meet five-star standards, right? My shampoo was practically empty. Also, the breakfast. Indigos in other cities usually offer local specialties, but I really couldn't discern any unique local flavor here. The pancake station often seemed unattended, and the fruit quality was just average. I hope to see an upgraded breakfast on my next visit.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal in Gaoxin District was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered, the concierge on the first floor greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. The hotel lobby is on the 46th floor, and the front desk staff, Devin, was incredibly professional and enthusiastic. Rida handled my check-in smoothly and efficiently, with a friendly and kind attitude. The hotel's location is a huge plus, making transportation incredibly convenient; it's very close to Metro Lines 1 and 3, saving time and effort whether you're commuting or sightseeing. The area around the hotel offers plenty of attractions, being near popular spots like Lion Mountain and Shantang Street, making it super easy to explore in your free time. The room had great natural light and ventilation, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Whether for a leisure trip or a short getaway, this hotel is perfectly suited and offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip!

I booked a room last-minute that evening, and when I arrived, my requested room type wasn't available. They kindly upgraded me to a better room for free, which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel only recently opened, so all the facilities are brand new, and the whole place is very clean. It's located right next to the Jinji Lake Ferris Wheel, offering fantastic views at night. The breakfast selection was comprehensive and quite good; I particularly appreciated that the juice was freshly squeezed, which is a big deal for me. Another thoughtful touch at breakfast was seeing the hotel provide takeout boxes for guests, allowing them to pack up any unfinished food. We even took advantage of this and packed two coffees when we left – something many hotels don't offer. I'll definitely bring my family back to stay here again if I get the chance!

The weather during the Qingming Festival mini-holiday was fantastic, perfect for an outing. We took the family to Yangcheng Lake for the day, and the scenery along the way was already beautiful. By the lake, there were weeping willows and cherry blossoms, and people camping – everywhere was filled with the atmosphere of spring!

Service: Everyone, from the front desk staff to the room attendants, was very enthusiastic. The hotel seemed to be almost fully booked, but everything was still very orderly. We booked a set dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was quite good. The restaurant manager even joked that it was busier than they expected.

Facilities: The hotel had various types of bicycles available for rent right outside. The kids had so much fun riding them that they didn't even want to go swimming!

Knowing it was my child's birthday, the hotel even decorated the room and gave us a small cake, which tasted great. They really put a lot of thought into it!

Finally, a small suggestion: the hotel likely has many guests with children. It would be even better if the restaurant offered scrambled eggs, as many kids love them.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Thanks to the hotel for giving us a perfect holiday. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!
