The service is friendly, and the facilities are clean compared to the surrounding environment. The bathroom is large and the water quality is good. However, the fact that it is far from tourist attractions and the inconvenience of using the bathroom were not improved despite requesting service improvement.

Stay was very nice and comfortable, location is very near to train station which made my stay more convenient. Staff was also very nice to us and explained the details very clearly.

In addition to breakfast, only 9 euros for bread coffee and oatmeal, 18 euros for two people is not worth a day, the other is not bad. The room is small and only accommodates a small double bed, but the sparrow is small and well-organized. It is very close to Lyon Station, and there are subway stations (line 8 and line 1) in front and back. Carrefour is very convenient nearby. I originally wanted to rent a car. I considered booking a lot of trouble, so I cancelled this one. The front desk was very kind and overall satisfied.
The luckiest thing was that the Huangshan Army parade escaped in time for that weekend, haha.

Not the best location, its right in front of a hospital. About 10-15 minutes walk to nearest train station and another 20-30 minutes to the centre area. Big room, good amenities, water pressure was good since we were given handicapped room - bigger, larger rooms. Great that they have gym for me to workout before start of the day.

This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe.  Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.

The apartments are very conveniently located! The reception staff is wonderful and very responsive! The breakfasts are very modest; you could probably skip buying them. The only downside is the limited hot water supply per day. You won't be able to shower in both the morning and evening! Or you'd really have to conserve it for two people. On our first evening, we ran out of hot water because it had all been used during the day.

Room is clean, however the heater only work on day 1, the next day it is not working but luckily the weather is warmer
