The second time I went to Valley 5, this time I felt the deepest thing was that the courtyard was full of valley osmanthus trees, exuding the intoxicating fragrance of flowers, which made the valley more charming and romantic. All the guests sat around the sparkling pool that night. Eat a variety of exquisite snacks prepared by the valley for us, see the guqin teacher in Hanfu playing the piano, the gentle sound of the guqin, when he looks up, the moon is also in the trees, maybe it is also attracted by the sound of the piano... After guessing the lamp riddle, I also guessed one, I got a moon cake candle gift. I am very happy. The people in the valley are very kind and have a feeling of family. Yang Guifei is as enthusiastic as Dandan, and the warm-hearted housekeeper Xiao Xiang, will make me have the urge to visit them again.

My husband likes this style, so he ordered it based on this gatehouse. The park is bigger than expected, I arrived late, the parking lot signs were not clear, and it was a bit difficult to walk a long way with my luggage and meet the shuttle bus. I can only say that the park does not support the B&Bs enough, and the B&Bs are still good. There are a lot of places to eat around, so it's very comfortable to go shopping at night, and the entrance is also very lively during the day. Surprisingly, it is a marriage registration office. After leaving the scenic area, we also visited the surrounding ancient streets. The transportation is quite convenient.

The service of Xiao Xi Butler is considerate! The environment is super good👌🏻. It is very comfortable to stay with my parents-in-law and children during the Spring Festival! The hotel also gave a lot of gifts. The elderly and children were very happy. Because the package I bought, I had unlimited entry to Tongguan Kiln for 2 days, free flying movies, unlimited free rides on the tram, afternoon tea and supper. I am very happy to come again next time! !

體驗非常不錯，在園區裏面，有電頻車接送，在裏面玩到天黑也不用擔心，房間裝修還是花了心思，很多古傢俱，最重要的是下雨天剛好還有活動，小朋友可以彩繪，服務也不錯，提前告知很多事項，唯一不足的是，早餐太差了，一碗麪條，還比較油，品種過於單一，小孩子太小不會使用筷子，放棄吃早餐了，建議酒店可以在週末煮一點白米粥，蒸幾個紅薯，要不了太多錢，但是有小朋友的可以照顧一下

This time I chose Beichengmen Inn too wise!
As soon as he arrived at the store, Yu Butler greeted him warmly, and served him intimately throughout the whole process, answering questions super patiently, and recommending super practical play.
The environment is quiet and quiet, with green plants dotted, as if you are in a quiet world. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft, the sanitary condition was perfect, the facilities were complete, the hot water was always available, the Wi-Fi was super smooth, and it was particularly comfortable to live.

Before entering the room, I didn't expect it to be so big. It is an apartment with two bedrooms and two living rooms estimated to be about 80 square meters. The master bedroom is a bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen are very large, and there is a nice small balcony and refrigerator, washing machine. I ordered a single room, and I was shocked! The decoration is a new Chinese style, it looks very advanced! Very good, recommended!

I have stayed in many hotels, and this is my favorite hotel. The hotel is right on the bank of the Xiangjiang River. The waiter said that it is the northernmost end of the Xiangjiang River. You can see the Tongguan Kiln behind it. The entire Tongguan Kiln is very spectacular, and it feels like the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The staff are also very nice and solve any problems quickly. I accidentally booked the wrong room type and was nervous in the room, but they still adjusted me to a satisfactory room. The program in the scenic spot is very rich, probably because of the Internet celebrity concert, there are a lot of people, there are also a lot of snack vendors, I can feel the ”festival” atmosphere, not bad, very good

AAndreas KarlNo complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

The breakfast is also very good. There are sweets in the lobby, the service staff are meticulous and the hygiene is very clean. It will be good to come back next time.

LLee Min NgI booked the Huajin room. It's spacious and like most hotels now, the toilet area is quite open without a proper door for you to lock. Thus it's suitable for couples. For friends travelling together, taking their suite is better as you have a big toilet area divided out with wooden doors and lock for privacy. There's no fridge for the Huajin room. Their suite has everything from weighing scale to fridge.
Their service is wonderful though. When I feedback about smelling cigarettes in the morning (I booked the non smoking room in a non smoking floor), they apologised earnestly and offered to change a room.
Breakfast choice is okie. Not a big spread but a few options for each type.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

HHans_TKFirst of all, my comment is that this hotel was much better than our expectations, in fact it was very good from everything we expected.
First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9.
Second, the check in process was very fast and professional.
Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft.
Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat.
Our family is really satisfied and happy to choose this hotel on our tour with trips.com.Thank You

The front desk reception is fast to check in, and I was given a free room upgrade, which is great. I went to the convention center next to the hotel to attend a meeting. It was raining outside. GGuest UserThe main reason we chose this hotel was it’s excellent location (near to the major shopping malls Wangfujing, IFS mall and the famous Taiping street) and after reading several of its positive reviews by the guests. However since the hotel is located in the busy area, the road leading to the hotel was not accessible by car after 8 pm. As such our taxi driver had to stop us a little distance away. So please bear in mind this accessibility issue after 8 pm.. The hotel is located on the fifth floor of a building shared by other businesses. The lifts were old and small. Nevertheless all the initial disappointment faded away upon reaching the hotel. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a pleasant surprise. It was neat, clean with many unexpected features unlike other hotels of the same category. Facilities are modern, complete and the room well lighted. The bathroom is comfortable, with automated heated toilet seat, and powerful shower facility. Another good feature is the wash basin located outside the toilet.
There is also a Laifen hairdryer and even a projector.
The service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff always offering additional drinking water and providing free laundry service, a highly appreciated

DDesmond D.My wife and I have been staying at Changsha Muyi H Hotel for our past three visits to Changsha, and it has consistently been our first choice. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, Miss Mini Jian. When we first checked in during our most recent stay, my wife was disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Without hesitation, Miss Mini Jian went above and beyond to find us a room with a larger bathroom. Additionally, due to our late-night flight, Miss Mini Jian kindly extended our check-out time to 6 PM without any additional cost. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Changsha Muyi H Hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Miss Mini Jian for her outstanding work and suggest that the management consider giving her a pat on the shoulder for her exceptional service.
