The hotel is next to the ancient town of Taihu Lake. The escalator can directly reach the entrance of the ancient town. It is quiet in the bustling city, more like an outdoor paradise. It is predicted that the entire resort will be very busy during the May Day holiday. Before the trip, I was also worried that choosing the peak holiday would cause inconvenience to the baby and the elders, but the hotel is a different kind of scenery. Not only is there no noisy unpleasantness, but there is no tension of inadequate service. Special thanks to Xiao Ding, the housekeeper, for meeting all the needs of our family and really responding to us at any time. The hotel has complete hardware facilities, and the children can feed black swans and deer in the hotel, which is more fun than in the zoo. The hotel has covered the tickets for the big circus and the zoo for us, as well as the round-trip shuttle bus tickets, which are really considerate and meticulous, and very cost-effective. The four rooms in the hotel are all large and beautiful. It is very convenient to go to Taihu Town. You can see the fireworks from the balcony at night. There are internal shuttle buses to the zoo or the big circus, which is suitable for family trips. The breakfast is just average.

I brought my children to Huzhou and stayed at Baihua Island Boutique Hotel. I was very satisfied. The hotel is unique, beautiful and in a good location. The housekeeper J was very responsible and helped us solve the problem of catching the high-speed rail. I will stay here again next time I travel!

During the May Day holiday, my family chose to stay at this resort. When I first arrived, I felt that this artificial scenic spot was OK. After checking in, we were not given a room card, which was very strange. When I asked, the store owner said that he forgot. Later, before going to bed at night, I found that the bed was full of small bugs. I wanted to call the service center, but found that the phone was broken. I could only use my mobile phone to make an external call. About half an hour later, a night shift service staff came and just helped us change the sheets and quilt covers. I asked to change the pillowcases, but was rejected because they didn't look dirty. They also said that the management staff would give me a reply the next day. It was not until four o'clock in the afternoon the next day that a manager of the store contacted me. The solution given was also very sloppy. He didn't think that there was anything wrong with his store at all. He kept guiding the customer's words, making me think that there were a lot of greenery around and it was normal to have bugs on the bed. As for the store's sloppy solution, I directly rejected it. After I refused, the store never paid attention to us again, saying that I could complain as I pleased. The originally beautiful short holiday was instantly stained. Although the store's housekeeper kept apologizing to me, this futile operation made me even more disappointed with the management. The store's attitude was very clear, knowing that everyone was a one-time business, so it didn't matter. The price of more than 9,000 for two nights, this kind of service attitude really chilled the customer. I will never come again.

The flowers were in full bloom, and the scenery was very good. There was a wetland on one side and a lake on the other. There was a traffic jam during the peak holiday season, and I arrived very late at night, which wasted a day. The housekeeper service was also very thoughtful and helped to call a car and arrange the itinerary in a timely manner. I was really not satisfied with Dragon Dream every time I played. There were too many people and it was messy, and the cost performance was low. It was not as comfortable as feeding the swans in the wetland in front of the room. This time the hotel was worth my persistence and repeatedly checked on Ctrip. I was booked again when there was no room left. It was much more comfortable than the Animal World Hotel I went to two years ago. I will come to play in the water next summer vacation.

There are shuttle buses for travel, the hotel environment is very beautiful, what you see is what you get, the staff will give us a detailed introduction to the surrounding environment and performance times, etc., the itinerary arrangement suggestions are also very reasonable, and you can watch the fireworks show directly on the balcony at night. I especially want to praise the service of the hotel staff, everyone is great, and it is a completely home-like experience!
